Dude, folding pizza is a NY thing and the only way to correctly eat pizza in NY. As I'm from NY (live in Wisconsin now), that's how I still eat my pizza. We can agree to disagree on the folding thing and I can even forgive you for eating pizza with a fork (they'll hurt you in NY if you do that there!! LOL) as long as you NEVER, EVER eat pineapple on your pizza. :)

Moosejaw is a solid pizza restaurant!! It's worth the wait. We also enjoy the pretzel bites and their own crafted sodas.
The next time I am there I will have to try their pretzel bites 😀
