You make it look so easy and fluid. That's how I know I've got a lot of painful work ahead. Well, might as well get started. No time like the present! Thanks Jonathan. Knowing what to do is the first step.
Thanks for your earlier reply! I found all of the videos you mentioned. The mistake I made was in not hitting "play all." I will now catch up on your lessons! Thanks again!
That is excellent, Jonathan. As a newbie to golf and wanting to set VERY high heights and standards as I go, as you say "...keep that trail ear in front of the stick" will, dare I say "stick" in my mind to ensure I improve as I go. Awesome lesson, thank you for sharing mate. Cheers! Dann
Hi Jon...in one of your other videos you talk about moving your butt back as one starts the downswing. If one has a swing thought of moving the left buttock atop the left heel as the club reaches its apex on the backswing...I have found that this accomplishes what you are showing in this video. Make sense? Gerry
That will help with the butt but you have to think of the shoulders and the hips separately connected by a spring/the spine. So they both need to be moved actively. I hope that makes sense?

Simply amazing sir…
Thus is one amazing Video! I started doing the Hogan belt drill and this is really helping me do this move!
Great tip, for me and also my daughter who is just starting out -- it really helped her !
Great Video. The problem is clearing the hip vs spinning out!
This is what I’ve needed as I’ve been block slicing for last few weeks. Thanks Jonathon!
Very good vid, and great tip. I've see amazing results when golfers learn to rotate hips earlier in the downswing. It's a proverbial game changer.
@@dr6124 because most amateurs start with there shoulders not hips.
