Gypsy is SO well spoken and confident in how she portrays herself. She takes accountability but is keenly aware of how her mother’s actions impacted her childhood and subsequent decisions. I don’t think it’s glamorizing “a murder,” I think it’s bringing awareness to those who are victims of munchausen by proxy syndrome. Happy for her!

He could have made a better decision, I know I asked him to do it but I am not a murderer, I could never had done that, I'am just an accessory" This rhetoric is so stupid and this is EXACTLY why she asked the guy who hear voices to do it!!
It sounds just like if she pulled a gun trigger then said "I know I pulled the trigger but I didn't kill my mom, the gun did" its just as stupid... People are falling for her manipulations. She's fame and money hungry and it's given to her on a platter. If she came out and lived a quiet, discreet lifestyle out of the limelight I could have trusted her more. Gypsy is like her mother... both smart and troubled.

All of this originated in Louisiana and DeeDee said records were lost during Katrina and regardless of how accurate and true those records are or are not, they may actually be lost. 🤷🏻‍♀️ However the specific neurologist from Mercy Hospital in Springfield Missouri SHOULD be held liable criminally and have his license revoked. He acknowledged the presence of munchausens, documented it, and then backed up his excuse for failure to report. He’s a MANDATED reporter. A negative muscle biopsy, clear and unremarkable scans, normal reflexes, and no lower extremity atrophy SCREAMED munchausens and he flat out ignored it.

saying she does associate with being called a “murderer” couldn’t be more manipulative. she claims to not be able to kill, but she plotted her mother’s whole murder, step by step, and cleaned up the aftermath, but still can’t take accountability. she might not have done the ACTUAL killing, but all of the premeditation was done by her. she continues to be manipulative, as she places all the blame on nick and claims to not be a killer.

She is in fact a murderer.

Gypsy Rose was tormented & tortured, physically, mentally and emotionally, from the moment she entered this world, by the one person on this earth that should have protected and cared for her. Her understanding and ability of being able to tell right from wrong HAD TO BE skewed beyond recognition at the time she was involved in the planning of this crime. She did her best in finding herself and healing herself in prison. That should tell everyone all you need to know about how bad her life was before she was sent to prison, if prison was where she matured and healed. The idea she doesn’t still hold any ill will towards her mother is simply amazing.
I am wishing her all the best in the world, she deserves to live a peaceful life, for the first time in her life. She deserves any attention she wants too. She mostly deserves for people to stop judging her as if she’s some character in their favorite TV show, she’s a real person, not a character you get to control. She doesn’t owe any of you any-damn-thing. This young woman has the world ahead of her now, and I hope beyond all hope she makes the best of it.

Also really nice to see Gypsy and her husband and hear more about their story. I think many of us are skeptical of anyone who reaches out to someone in jail/prison. Dating is so hard, regardless, and it’s tough to know someone, even when dating in a traditional way. They seem to have a good start and I wish them all the best as they navigate the next chapter of their relationship.

I have absolutely no respect for someone who doesn’t take responsibility for her actions, especially regarding Nick. Who says that about a boy who’s not capable of making rash decisions! He’s NOT a typical man who would suggest doing the right thing. Although I feel bad for her entire situation, she needs therapy and is definitely an accomplice to murder regardless of rather the state recognizes it or not

Yes, she is definitely an accomplice to murder, and it seems like she likes to downplay this. She DID take advantage of someone who doesn’t seem to have the mental capability to make proper decisions.
I just don’t like how she brushes off that she really didn’t do much when it comes to being involved in murder

I was really uncomfortable with the question about Gypsy’s first experience of sexual intimacy with her husband. I wondered why this is something we feel we have a need or a right to ask of someone. If she had offered to share this of her own volition, that would be different. This is coming from someone who is very open discussing and engaging sexually. But this oh so vulnerable moment of coming together of two people, especially one with Gypsy’s past of being sexually exploited -it’s not our business to ask to be privy to the story. Certain human experiences have elements of the sacred.
