Best part of this dungeon is how it ends with Our WOL finally Celebrating and Smiling once again. Ever since Shadowbringers,Our WOL felt sorrowful and never smiled after clearing dungeons and that changed everything once the emotional MSQ is over. I'd say seeing our Wol is finally back to feeling adventurous and smiling is the best reward off of this dungeon :)
Well it is called smileton, perhaps it was all set up to make us happy, but like also damn I never realised that before, but I also don’t wanna do every dungeon from the start of ShB just to check
@@kennedyyu6787 I think it might have actually started around some point in Stormblood actually, around the end when we are going to our “final” confrontation with Zenos I ended up looking it up after I said this, and in both Doma Castle and Ala Mhigo we don’t do the victory stance or cheering, Doma castle we are serious and Ala Mhigo we do a small movement forward because Zenos retreats so he can do the stuff for the final trial of stormblood.
I do very much appreciate that while we had The Twinning's Long Fall" for the Post SHB dungeon with its rock music, we then get Smileton's "Carrots of Happiness" for Post EW with its jazz~
loved this dungeon, especially cause I had been occasionally wondering throughout the msq as to when the jaunty job role trailer music was going to make its debut (in the game)
I had my best duty experience in this dungeon Expert roulette run, DPS where demi-gods with awesome DPS, healer was just perfect, and I was jamming so fucking hard clapping my PLD Sword and Shield I didn't even need turning stance on to attract monsters Every Time I get this dungeon I just dance in front of my PC
All those wanderers and thinkers triggered so many memories of the hell that was level capped FFXI Chains of Promathia......so glad they removed those levels caps in FFXI
This song is my ringtone, no joke. I downloaded this and put it on my phone so every time I get a phone call I feel like dancing. Also, my text message and notification sound is the FFXIV level up sound.
I love that one little Lopo who is extremely panicked and keeps saying "Oh gods please let this be the way out" Poor little guys are absolutely useless with directions lol
I think the loporrits are going to be the gathering tribe quests They seem to release the combat tribe first, then gatherers, then crafters, so the loporrits are probably coming in a future patch
Usually, new expansions *start* like that, and then introduce others through patches. I wouldn't be surprised if the Loporrit were just patched in at a later date.
This dungeon is fantastic, but dude, the moving the camera back and forth to the music- pain if you're looking at the video. 😅 Migraine prone viewers do not like.

This jam was brought to you by Funkingway.
funnily enough there is a lopporit called jammingway but sadly he gives the stigma dreamscape quest instead of the smileton one.
More like Dreamingway! We taught them to dream of making music XD
Fuckingway!?!? 😳
@@notting2640 HUH❓❓❓
@@notting2640 Yea, that's what I read the first time...
Gonna love this mild dyslexia I have /s
It was kind of them to make a light hearted goofy dungeon after msq was so emotional
How dare you say that! This dungeon effects me more than any other in Endwalker.
My motion sickness that is.
Yeah, kinda like how Twinning was a loredump/victory lap after Shadowbringers
Minus some enemies being just straight nightmare fuel
That bunny jammingway kept me from thinking straight. He's jamming weighed my brain!
Aside from that one poor Loporrit that’s completely trapped, alone, with no way to get to a door.
1:43 ''You've lead us in circles again, you fat-tailed Idiot! '' always get me XD.
"well, your mother smells like a cabbage!"
" why would you say that?!"
@@skygIade They said Hydaelyn/Venat smells like cabbage, lol.
Yoshi-P: Have we had a Jazz dungeon in the game yet?
Soken: Say no more!
Technically we have had multiple jazz dungeons now. But none hit as hard as this one.
@@TSLsmokey I only remember the first's Bismark dungeon. What are the others?
@@TSLsmokey Personally though I liked Anamnesis Anyder more but this one is a jam as well
@@Kenionatus Great Gubal Library from Heavensward had a great freestyle jazz theme to it
I count akademia anyder as jazz/lounge
my friend: taking a break from FFXIV until summer for his studies
me at 2am outside his window:
This dungeon slaps hard. Very fun to do and pretty intuitive mechanics on an absolute banger jazz theme of Footfalls
I do very much appreciate that while we had The Twinning's Long Fall" for the Post SHB dungeon with its rock music, we then get Smileton's "Carrots of Happiness" for Post EW with its jazz~
The lopporit thats chilling by its lonesome in the final area makes me smile everytime
i always slow down to see the poor fella. its all lonesome.
Easily my favorite EW dungeon theme. Can't help but feel light on the feet and a rapid but fun pace here.
loved this dungeon, especially cause I had been occasionally wondering throughout the msq as to when the jaunty job role trailer music was going to make its debut (in the game)
First time heard this with some normal quality headphones. I was bopping.
Got a serious upgrade in quality and now I'm going wild, this is so good.

I've been hunting this track ever since the job action trailer
THANK YOU!
This is the best anti-depression song in the entirety of FFXIV. Fight me.
I could but I won't
This dungeon layout slaps too.
slaps so hard that i feel like vomiting in the whole first part til the boss
@@skygIade LAWL TRUE.
MC Escher, the Dungeon
I cannot stop thinking about the EW job reveal with this song... And how I felt that day
I realise now this is basically the Mare Lamentorum theme given the 'Xenoblade Expansion Music Restitution' treatment
Not exactly surprising either, many dungeon themes are remixes of their overworld. Which is by no means a bad thing :)
This is such a perfect description of it lol
I see why they used this song for promotional material prior to the expac's release, bc this absolutely SLAPS 😎🎹🎺
So we now have three (arguably four) jazz dungeons.
Still too few, if you ask me.
Agree, gubal is always so much fun because of the music. And this one slaps aswell. Gotta have more :)
Awesome, my friend. 😍💕 Thanks for sharing. 👍 Have a good day.🤗✨
Best thing about this game, you get so giddy when hearing a new track like this, that slaps! 🤣👏🏼✌🏼
This dungeon is so fun, thanks for this great memories.

"Soken just make the music you'd imagine the Warrior of Light escaping an M. C. Escher painting to."
The uma musume girls in the corner 🤣
Have to come here since I never get this in roulette 😢
Swap with me I get it every 5 seconds in mentor roulette
Anyone else feel like this could be the music for the bloopers reel?
Those drums, though.
the first part of the music reminds me of ost STAR OCEAN 3
I love that one little Lopo who is extremely panicked and keeps saying "Oh gods please let this be the way out"

i love this dungeon but man the faces miniboss always trips me up XD idk how people do that one
same as eye in wod, alternate
That camera shake you do... yeah... I did that too to dance to the music lol
banger songs activates neurons man.
I noticed the under construction (Sorry!) on my last run xD
We need more Jazz themes
My only complaint about this dungeon is I think the 2nd boss is a bit too simple. It's probably the easiest dungeon boss in Endwalker.
Him and the second one in the 85 too, bore the hell out of me
nothing wrong with an easy dungeon after hell :3
Yeah I have to agree. That boss telegraphs his attacks so hard it feels like a tutorial.
BUNNIES
Anyonead that we're getting elephant beast tribe quests but not Loporrit beast tribe quests
