You can call this band whatever you want. Bad Lieutenant, Great ! As far as I am concerned, it is just more Fantastic music from the greatest band ever, New Order. Maybe the new Technique.
@steave707 Well, honestly, you cannot compare music today to what was out 30 years ago. I love the music of JD, don't get me wrong, but BL has some good stuff. Bernard has done well with keeping the music fresh.
Dead men have no opinions. Joy Division was his band, and it died in the 80's. New Order and Bad Lieutenant was always the others members ideas. I love how they've matured in sound over the years
It's essentially a New Order album, considering this line-up + Gillian Gilbert are literally the band touring as New Order these days I believe It was made before the decision to cut Hooky out of NO completely was made, I believe, which may go to explain in part why it was made under a different project name and all that
