Hello Creekside!! I just purchased the Dewalt drill and one of Jenny's augers. I am so excited. I am originally from Mass and moved to SC 4 years ago and found one of your videos when searching for southern gardening tips. I have been following you for 3 years. My husband has a jack-hammer, that's how we have been tackling the red clay. LOL. Now I will not need his help. I can't handle the heavy jack-hammer. Thanks for your wonderful videos. We will visit y'all soon.
We winter in Florida and return to Virginia the first week in May. We do have a couple watching our house. He cleans the gardens and prunes. But some things don’t get done until I return. There are also a bunch of weeds, even though he has done weeding. His wife cleans the house and they water my house plants.
Ok, Jenny, you just totally inspired me to get out today to prune our many types of abelias...will do my Scentation honeysuckle and 3 Rose of Sharon "pillars" too. Thanks for the pep talk 🥰
The Gardens are going to be so beautiful this Spring and wasn’t it a lovely day? Low 70’s after the Artic cold is wonderful. And to end the video with that amazing 18 wheeler covered in Proven Winners , icing on the cake ❤❤❤❤
Great information, as always. I am so glad that you mention not to prune the gardenias. That was one of my shores for today!😬 I will probably do the fertilizing/compost/mulch today to a section of the garden. I love the drone shots, particularly the drone following the Proven Winners truck.🤭
Hello! Haven’t watched your videos for a while. Saw this one and thought It is perfect for me but still hasetaded! I was wondering why while I started seeing it and realized as soon as I saw Bryannna (spelling??) Our almost 15 year old german shepard, my best gardening company Sally, just died a couple of months ago and my tears just fill up as soon as I see your dog. Soo similar in looks… We have a new pup but a small digging and running away maverick! Not a cute germanshepard pupp… On a happier note, I have shown pictures of Jennys Tool Belt on Substack and raved about how good it is! I just loove it! Lots of love from Sweden 🇸🇪
...get this!: I'm excited for the woodland garden behind the Signature Garden! I LOVE the pond tucked in behind (it was there first) -- it kinda reminds me of Thomas Jefferson's little pond, off to the side of Monticello's west lawn. You have structured beauty of the symmetry; then, the natural beauty of the woods and pond. I know you'll be gauging sun exposure over the summer which will be wise (but we gotta wait to plant.) 😔😆🤷🏼♀️ 👩🏼🌾💚 =^..^= [MD, now 7a]
@ thanks for your reply. Interesting, I’ve always used Azalea Tone or sometimes Holly Tone because of acid loving, I’ll have to get out my Rose Tone and try it.

I love all the videos you provide day after day but they would not be the same without Brenna. Give her a big hug for all of us.

Great job! Looks great!
Why Rose Tone and not the Holly Tone or Azalea Tone on the Hydrangea?
Spring Meadow Nursery (home of the Proven Winners Colorchoice shrubs) recommends using a low release rose fertilizer on hydrangeas.
@ thanks for your reply.

What kind of grass is this?
Tall Fescue
How is Mimi?
She’s great!
