Ingredients:
- 500 grams of pasta
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 5 tomatoes (about 400 grams)
- Salt, pepper
- 300 grams of cream
- 100 grams of Parmesan
- Basil
- Provencal herbs
- 100 grams of mozzarella balls
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Cook until the tomatoes break down and form a sauce.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and Provencal herbs. Stir in the cream and let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
6. Mix in freshly grated Parmesan and basil leaves.
7. Finally, add the mozzarella balls and let them melt slightly.
Serving:
- Serve the pasta hot, garnished with extra basil and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
