I've got a hunch. When Wonder Woman says she didn't think there would be another age of heroes during the Justice League trailer, they got a shot of the team against dawn skies all looking pleased.
Maybe that's when the Justice League has the honor of welcoming Superman back into the world after his resurrection, and they celebrate the landmark event with the Man of Steel theme.

The themes embody what the characters represent. Superman's theme evokes a feeling of hope, stability and strength, like someone to lean on when you're in trouble. Wonder Woman's theme feels like pure courage and determination, paired with femininity, grace and emotion.
Despite the DCEU movies not being all that great, they sure as hell got some amazing music.

This is the best arrangement I've heard anywhere of the Wonder Woman theme. It's cool that he adapts for live applications.
You can just imagine, watching from a human’s point of view, the heroes that these themes represent. Hearing the Man of Steel theme is seeing Superman flying overhead and hovering in the sky. Then Wonder Woman comes on and you immediately get thrown into a battlefield and see Wonder Woman take on 50 people at once and win.
