Rowing is a excellent form of exercise, you train the cardiovascular system and cardio. My lungs aren't what they used to be, but with this kind of training I am doing great.
What luck 😂 I was just googling around for rowing machines and you legit just posted this earlier today!!
Keep up the reviews homie!
Same lol 😆
I got mine on Sat, loving it. It's so smooth to use. Looks good too.
Hey! I was wondering how it's fairing after 7 months? I'm really interested, but am scared it won't last long
Nice review. Can you please tell me if the monitor/display shows the current stroke rate during the workout? I recently bought this machine and see other data such as stroke count and distance, but not the stroke rate per minute.
My doctor told me that rowing is a really difficult exercise and unless you’re very dedicated most people give up however, it will work out your whole body
How is a pulling movement triceps though?
Assembly took about 1 hour with the hardest item being clipping the display together at the rotating arm assembly.
It's been at least a year, is that rower still working well? Any issues? thanks
Thanks for sharing! Just placed order. Cannot wait!!!
I’m curious on doing obliques on this machine due to the flat ribbon cord. Does it fray or go off the pulley when doing obliques over time? Thanks in advance. Looks like a great machine!
This video made me Buy this Today!! Thanks!!!
👏👏👏👏 great job thanks
I love your videos so much. Thank you so much for the support.
I just bought one as a xmas present, husband assembled it per instructions. It has very little variability in resistance, and even on max setting it is incredibly easy to use (even for me, and I'm a beginner). I am hoping the company can trouble-shoot and correct this as if not, it's going back to Amazon.
I think most rowing machines have light resistance. The idea is that they are more for endurance. Use them for like 30 minutes. You can also isolate different muscle groups. Try doing more of a sit up and engage your core. This machine is great for you if you use it right. But no, it isn't something that should give you a lot of resistance in a short use. That would probably give you back problems.
I have one but the nylon belt is very frayed and will probably break soon.
Great review, Adam!
To mimic a damper 5 on concept 2 what resistance level should you put this at?
Just ordered it from Amazon today.
how is your experience with it?

I really like it, it's portable so I move in front of the TV when using .the store it when not. Seems to be holding up well.
Is there a compatible rowing app that would work well with this rowing machine?
Should the bar be on a slight angle
Maintenance? What does it require? How often?
The DIST displays 'M' but I think that means km.
I row for 6 mins and it only shows 2.0 m
should watch viking movies while rowing
That thing made a howling noise...pretty loud so it can wake up the person sleeping?
Liked and Subscribed!
Thanks 🙏🏿
Instructions say it requires lubrication with motor oil every 3 days. Lubrication of what?
Spark plugs and coolant as well
Probably the seat bearings along the beam
Probably the seat bearings along the beam
Actually, the lubrication was dependent on what type of machine you had. Mine didn’t require any. But my machine actually broke after 25 days of use. The main unit split right down the middle.
@@dlight1000 oh my. How did customer service handle this?
I liked the machine until the bolt that holds one of the footrests just snapped off inside the machine. Can't get it out and the thing is completely useless now. No sense in something that takes the most stress being so cheaply made.
How is it holding after a year?
I’d reconsider the form you use on the row. Also, this is a row machine- not a total body gym. Curls on a row machine? Seriously?
Does this have Bluetooth? And if so how Bluetooth works?
Legs, torso, then arms. Your form is off.
Sorry, rowing is pretty much self-explanatory. You will feel it real fast if you're doing it wrong. 😂😂😂 Never mentions his legs. He is just stretching the body with the machine.
What is the distance? Meters?
Ehhh... feels like an ad. I don't trust you. Gonna pass.
How tall are you?
So you can basically do triceps while pulling... oook

This is stupid, did you mention triceps? Wrong
2 years later and you STILL are ignoring questions!! What gives??
I'd rather not have a rower at all than to buy this one.
Elitist douch attitude. Such a dumb comment
Y?
@@e-reptiledysfunction2243For a start, this guy has a totally wrong form when rowing. That means that that he knows nothing about rowing. This is a sponsored ad. Computer looks crappy and this is the kind of rower that you use a few times and then one day you realize that it's just taking up space.
@@menifo4334 yea it was clearly a paid promotion of the product but I didn't think that necessarily meant a shitty product... I've never used a rowing machine but I figure it looks like a low impact workout so I've been searching around looking for a good quality 1 at a decent price
His form is off. I do own the 03 max from Yasuda and love it. I'm no professional rower though
Looks cheaply made, build quality doesnt look great
