I wish all Embraer fans would realize, E2 is only a regional jet , A220 can run , regional, but all airlines using A220 are medium to long haul, A220 can fly 7 hrs plus, lets stop the argument, they are 2 completely different aircraft.
Show me one other “regional jet” can fly 2,600nm
There is Ejets flying route Lagos-Johannesburg (África). Does it look like regional flight?

I wonder how many of those saying which is best have actually flown on BOTH?
I have only flown on the E1 version, but while no real complaints, the E2 variant will need to be improved a lot to even get close to the A220.
Side by side comparison would be better. 🙏
E-195 E2 compete with A220-100. Embraer has no competition to A220-300.

airlines with Embraer are retiring them early, too much maintenance and burn too much fool, they are being replaced with Bombardier/Airbus A220, example Air Canada just retired all their Embraer which were only 10 yrs old.
