The old toothpaste lid looks like a terracotta flower pot! Watching Kit walking through the reeds reminds me of a Jane Austin character 😊 a free spirit walking among other wild things.
Back in the 1950's, we use to play a game called, "Drop the Clothes Pins in the Bottle". It was played with a clean milk bottle and old fashion wooden peg clothes pins (not the type with the metal spring and two pieces of wood). You put the bottle between your feet, stool up straight, eyed it up the best you could, and drop the pin from above your waistline. The one to get the most clothes pins in the bottle was the winner.
The stag stein remnant would look marvelous transformed with milliput into an umbrella stand for your doll house. I’m glad you survived your adventure! I hate nettles, personally. Their stings last for hours! You both had my full sympathy.
The drone would've come in handy when you got lost. I can't see how that small Bovril would have held enough food to justify the price of the bottle. Great mudlark.

In my home state (in US), I did some mudlarking and found mostly bottles (though I did find a greyhound figurine buried in my yard!). You have to know where to look and most public places don’t have quite the amount of treasures. Love the tiny bottles and the rainbow one! I think my favorite was the cat/deer head. 💜
Fun video and great finds. Your blue 'wave' piece of glass could be a dolphin..put a Blue glass fin and tail on..make into a pendant. After all that walking, I would have taken lots of river glass. Thanks for sharing your adventure.🇨🇦
The few Milk Bottles I have found, I put White Bristol Board Inside of them, it makes the Words much easier to read and it looks like a full Bottle of Milk. Love the vid!
Two lovely ladies who never fail to make a cloudy day here as bright as that glass in the sunshine. I will go with those tiny tiles as my favorite from this trip. I can't imagine the hours it would have taken to lay out an image of any size with those little things, not to mention it must take quite some effort manufacturing and coloring them all. Take care!🤗🥰

Use white vinegar to treat nettle sting, no scratching. We have what we call ,... Bull Nettle’ here in Texas, if stung never scratch the irritation or it will spread and cause infection. Great finds!!!! ❣️
Those are the kinds of adventures that are best just to be remembered and not relived! Oh how I hate those stinging nettles! No matter what you say , they HURT! But it was an interesting hunt and you got some very nice things! Please be careful and stay safe! ❤❤
The large black button would look good in the dolls house either hanging on the wall with Bits's portrait in it. Or In the kitchen as a serving tray or fruit bowl.
Sunny never fails to make me laugh, he’s such a cutie. The broken Stein with the embossed stag on it maybe it could be used in the dolls house at Christmas if it was made into a pot to put a Christmas tree in because we all seem to have stags on things at Christmas and you could put some of those lovely little glass beads as baubles and a hundred other tiny things as tree ornaments. (It’s never to early to start Christmas crafting!) 🎄🤶🏻
That tiny bovril is so cute it must go in the dolls houseand the piece of red white and blue striped glass must be for the Queens Jubilee. Smashing finds and an interesting bead. In Mangawai Heads NZ, there is a little island/sand bar off the coast where we as kids used to find perfect little sea shells each with a single tiny hole in the centre. We gathered many of them and strung them for necklaces, and in other parts of our country we found axe heads that was the closest I have ever been to mudlarking here. I think what you find is fascinating, it really drives home to me the history of your beautiful country.
Could you perhaps use the deer as a stamp? And, wouldn't the pink tile be a wonderful "keystone" tile in your fireplace surround? Can't wait to see what you do with them!!

Wow, that was a nettle forest! But those tiny tiles are so cute, they are going to look great in the dollhouse. That bovril is squat and adorable, it's going to look like an industrial strength tub in the dollhouse kitchen! 😆

I unfortunately have slight Asthma brought on by allergies. It is a fairly new thing but it is much better than it used to be (if you listen to our older videos I was very nasal and breathless) It happened when we got Sunny as apparently I am slightly allergic to cats (even though I have had cats all my life) and it pushed all my allergies over into Asthma! As I say it is much better now but climbing up a really steep embankment and crawling around in deep scary mud obviously took its toll haha :)
@@joanneash3305 I am so sorry to hear that! I have been to my doctor and mine is definitely Asthma as it used to be much worse but is getting better. There was a point when I could barely walk from being so breathless which was very scary. I was issued an inhaler and it got much better and now I do not need the inhaler.

The "deer pot", could be repaired to be an umbrella pot for the dolls house, or a giant flower pot. The victorians loved their big potted ferns.
