    YES it can! Ive had it all my life until a doctor checked my vitamin D levels. Went from suicidal to thinking life was great

      I understand what u r going through....I had the same problem....lack of concentration...suicidal... useless/ hopeless..depressed....after taking vitamin D3 and vitamin b12...I feel motivated now

      @@Saarathi777 Yeah its the lack of energy that gets one down, the brain cant function without energy that the vitamin D gives.

    There are a long list of symptoms with this horrid D deficiency and unfortunately the RDA recommended levels are NOT where our levels actually should be ! I was at 34ng , moved up to 43ng in 5 months still had symptoms !! I'm working on 80ng for best ! Thanks

    Im experiencimg this. I feel like ending it times. The brain fog, heart palpation and flutters is hirrible. Plus low iron. I'm taking vitamin D3 nkw amd praying for a miracle. I want to get back to living life. I've been anxious for far too long.
