Me too. Hoppy’s my guy. And Windy , Lucky, Johnny and California. However, I don’t like Red. He’s my least favorite character in the Hopalong Cassidy series. 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮

There’s that weird large, white scooped out rock that’s in so many of these old western movies 🍿.
Many of the films were filmed in the Alabama Hills, Lone Pine region of California.

Oh yes. Definitely a cut above the average Hoppy leading lady.
These are gold . the better the bad troop it betters the flick. Some heard the name most will get to know and get to see what he's about .thanks. What really helps these that they play well picture and sound an it adds to all theses shows. Plain real simple shows. Cowboy walks in the saloon an it gets quiet , giveaway that there in the right spot. The town is on edge.
It's always great to see Victor Jory playing one of His many unsavory characters.
I loved him in a movie called Party Wire or Party Line!

nobody in that town had any guns themselves? Just sit around and drink and walk the streets with the women - the easy life while the good guy is attacked by the bad guys - and so he must fend for himself. Hmmmmm, that picture still exists today with our worthlessly unarmed 'citizens of America' who are choosing to give up their guns to the bad guys while they wait for their 'lone ranger' guy to fix things for themselves. Read what John Wayne says about High Noon... it is a marvelous read!
Most citizens in the towns didn't have guns, didn't need them. the Wild West wasn't really all that wild.
