FERRARI 250L. A Warning to the purists!

Project Ferrari 250L. L for Lowrider.
This is the start of a project that has been on my mind for a few months now. My wife and I wondered around Telford this year and I was on the hunt for an old Ferrari kit to turn into a custom Lowrider build. We unfortunately didn't find any kits that would work at the show so I had to go online in search of something to use as a base for the build. On returning home I first purchased the Revell kit but felt after messing with it that the kit definitely wasn't going to work with what I had intended to do to the 250 L.
Fast forward, this Fujimi kit popped up on Ebay, so I scooped it up for a great price. I think it is going to be the perfect base for the Ferrari 250 L project. I have the look I wanted to achieve in my head but was lucky to find some fantastic renders online done by Abimelec Design, these are really inspiring. With a few added parts and some creativity, I think this will be a fantastic spin on a very classic and beautiful bodyshape.
