Can you try fraps to see if performance improves? I know afterburner for old systems ruins fps sometimes

I have question. With every single graphics card, there is 100% CPU usage. Isn't that a bottleneck for some relevant graphics card comparison? Performance is very similar across all of those tested cards in this video. But I think that GF4 Ti4600 is much faster than GF3.

Old single Core Run mostly at 100%. But youre right. GeForce 3 Ti 500 and faster becomes CPU bottlenecked in Nfsu.

This P4 came out in 2003, so theoretically it was top of the line for this game. Unless it's very CPU intense.

@@rzober89biologia It was my intension to use a time correct setup with only 15% OC wich was a Common Thing back in the days. So it realy shows that a GeForce 3/Ti500 is good enough for such P4 Setup. Nfsu needs a very fast build to get stable 60fps. Very very expensive in 2003.

@@blastfromthepast3073 Yeah it makes sense to use the hardware from that era. GF3 introduced 2001, GF4 introduced 2002. P4 with around 2.6 GHz also introduced 2002. That means this CPU was huge bottleneck for those GPUs. Bummer. Anyway, thanks for great video!
