I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income

Just because there are opportunities in the market doesn’t mean you should go in blindly. To understand the potential factors that contribute to your financial growth, I'll advise you to seek the help of a professional

I completely agree; I am 60 years old, recently retired, and have approximately $1,250,000 in external retirement funds. I am debt free and have very little money in retirement funds compared to the total value of my portfolio over the past three years. To be honest, having a portfolio-advisor for investing is genius!

The name of my investment advisor is “Natalie Lynn Fisk She is a true genius when it comes to diversified portfolios, which make portfolios less susceptible to market downturns, and has a strong reputation in her area. You may already be familiar with her name; a Newsweek article gave me the information I needed. She is someone you could Google.

The secret to being successful from an investing perspective is to have an indefatigable, undying and unquenchable thirst for information and knowledge. Invest with a professional Investment manager and watch things turn around for good. I've learnt so much while investing with a pro advisor and i must say it's the best thing to do.

He has extensive knowledge of portfolio diversity and is considered an expert in the field. I recommend researching his credentials further. Thank you for your video. I understand the ultimate goal of dividend focussed investors now. The M&G example was so clear. But so many things need to go right before a dividend payment can become your income. Much easier to take compounded savings and purpose a house that then provides passive rent income. Anything under €14000 is tax free. But with an ISA paying dividends, all income is tax free. 🎉

My strategy is to buy low yield, high growth stocks that can appreciate in share price rapidly and grow their dividend above the rate of inflation. Then once I’ve built up a big enough portfolio value, I will buy the FTSE all world high dividend yield etf
