For first-time investors, it cannot be stressed enough how important it is to invest hard-earned money in the stock market rather than a bank where interest is guaranteed! Very true, people downplay advisors role, until burnt by their mistakes. I remember just after my layoff early 2020 amidst covid outbreak, I needed to stay afloat, hence researched for license advisors. Thankfully, I came across someone of practical knowledge, and decades of experience, my stagnant reserve of $325K has yielded nearly $1m after subsequent investments so far.

The problem is that people don’t want to do research, nor do they want to take any personal responsibility. Same with crypto, people are all experts, they don’t want the government involved. But then when something goes wrong, or they have been robbed they instantly expect the government and tax payer to intervene and get their funds back.

It is not always fear. Sometimes realistic factors discourage people from reaching their goals in life. For instance, I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value.
This is the problem! Most times people with little or no knowledge of the stock market try investing by themselves. It's hard to beat the market as an ordinary investor. You don't have access to information that professionals have. So it's just better if you invest with a professional who knows how things work better.
The truth is that this is really not as difficult as many people presume it to be. It requires a certain level of diligence, no doubt, which is something ordinary investors lack, and so a financial advisor often comes in very handy. My friend just pulled in more than $84k last month alone from his investment with his advisor. That is how people are able to make such huge profits in the market

Remember: The letter Q used to be part of the ticker symbols for a stock trading on the Nasdaq, specifying that a particular company was in bankruptcy proceedings. If the letter Q appeared as the final letter of a Nasdaq symbol, it meant, "bankrupt: issuer has filed for bankruptcy," as the Nasdaq put it.
Pretty sure brokerage accounts(at least the more legit ones) makes sure clients sign waivers before their accounts can trade in penny stocks/margins. So while a good chunk of blame should be on any scammer, some people are just too greedy for their own good.
Enron was a public company. It was once called a backbone of Wall St. Scammers are scammers. They existed for thousands of years and trying to generalize and/or pin-point it to certain section of the market/economy is a road to nowhere.
Isnt about whether its an OTC stock or not but whether the investor does their due diligence and whether a company is perpetuating fraud. Plenty of fraud in large caps as well. That being said, most OTC stocks underperform the main indices.

I never invested in penny stocks, though I have traded in them using per-minute technicals. Made a ton of profits percentage-wise, but the actual profit dollar amount wasn't anything to write home about.
We had the bear market last year. Things were pretty bad. 9% inflation, war began in Ukraine, Gas prices up big, FED at the beginning of raising interest rates. With all that we only had a minor bear market. Things are better now. FED is close to the end of rate hikes, low unemployment, inflation coming down, yet still a lot of gloom and doom which is contrarian. We've been in a bull market since Dec. I went all in last Oct. pretty close to the bottom. I don't think we will get another bear market this close to the last one. Am in the QQQ and am up 71.5% for the year right now. I think the long term trend is bullish. We will soon be in an election year too, which is usually bullish. However I do think we will get a correction pretty soon. It may have already started. But it's pretty hard to trade those. You have to get the sell just right and the buy back just right. I'm tempted to try to catch it. Oct is coming up too. No one can predict the market. But my best guess is long term bullish short term bearish until January. Maybe I should sell half. Not sure yet. I'm just an ordinary investor. Most of my money is in real estate. If I sell all my stock where do I put the cash? I Just buy and just trade long term more than ever, I have made over 14btc from day trading with Jacob Kucia Signal in few weeks, would advise y'all to trade your asset rather than hold for a future you aren't sure about.

Ive traded penny stocks myself. And yes ive made money but its sad to see so many get duped into buying a penny stock because it looks cheap. Do the research people theres no reason to be scammed.
1. I just checked the price of Facebook. When it first hit the scene, it was, I think, about $30.00 USD. I watched for over a year and it sat there like Humpty before he fell, so I quit watching. It is now $287.00 USD!! 2. Years ago I guy I knew at work bought a bunch of penny stocks all in black crude. They sat there, and as far as I know, they never moved up another penny.
Penny stocks can be a dangerous game. The rise of retail investors might mean more people falling into traps. It's disheartening how fraud can easily prey on innocent traders. Remember, the allure of quick gains can lead to massive losses. Stay informed and cautious, folks.
just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.
I used to think every investor went broke during recessions, meanwhile some make millions. I also thought everybody went out of business during the Great Depression, but some went into business. Bottom line, there's always depression for some, and profit for others, it all starts from having the right mindset. That said, I've set asides $250k to invest for future, unfortunately l'm a complete noob.

I’ve been working in the markets full time for two years now. Believe me, there isn’t a company in the market you shouldn’t be wary of. People lose fortunes when they stop being paranoid with due diligence.
Of course you should. You should be wary of every company, at least a little. Even Forbes gets fooled by companies built on fraud. Every industry has bad or fraudulent companies.
Great video! I have a question, I have two fraud inquiries on my reports that I would like to get removed. I've seen your video regarding this, but Im still a bit confused. So I know my first step would be making a call with the credit bureau (Experian) but should I also make call what time? And would I be never stop sending a good compny *VRI TOKEN* to my friends and people I know regarding any credit situations
This is why I don’t invest my money in my savings account. I just add to it every 30 days and watch it grow with out any risks. So who’s going to pay a investment 3,000 dollars every 30 days
I mean, I made great money on microcaps. What's wrong with a little gambling as long as it's responsible? The reporters in this video make it sound like getting into penny stocks is like the world is ending lol
I recently made more purchases. Saving money for a market downturn is likewise a bad idea. There are numerous ways to look at recessions and depressions, we cannot always expect to make large returns, and taking chances is better than doing nothing. The bottom line is that you will achieve remarkable results by diversifying your portfolio and making wise decisions. My portfolio's raw earnings rose by $608k in just 5 months.
Despite my confidence in your advice, my recent stock purchases, and the fact that I am an AMC shareholder, I haven't been able to accumulate anything. I had already been in the hole for too long prior to the downturn. What's the investing procedure?
@@AnnieBeischel I don't invest in a single fund because I have a range of jobs. I don't behave at all like that. My behaviour is modelled after that of Stacey Lee Decker, a seasoned financial advisor licenced by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the United States. My returns have since climbed swiftly in contrast to the IRA's gradual development. What I have is only used by her trades; very few truly specialised companies.
The one time I got a pamphlet in the mail gushing about some stock. This was going to be a POWERHOUSE WINNER. I thought well you wouldn't be talking to me then. So I looked the stock up. It turned out to be an optometrist with three locations in the mid west. The facts had no resemblance to what was claimed in the mailer. Not knowing a catalyst for optometry shops to explode in value outside of perhaps being offered nice money for any real estate they might own I took a pass. A special place in hell awaits people who promote such fraud.
Roughly $120K in my portfolio are in tech/TSLA stocks, can I get an advice on any other stocks that I can acquire to diversify my reserve across multiple markets while creating a comprehensive portfolio allocation that balances my concerns of risk aversion and returns that meet yearly inflation.
The market is volatile at this time, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
@@ArthurBuchanon very true, I started investing before the pandemic and that same year I pulled a profit of about $600k with no prior investing experience, basically all I was doing was seeking guidance from a financial-advisorr, you can be passively involved with the aid of a professional.
What this video fails to address is the fact that not everyone is an investor. Penny stocks are great for day traders who want to get in and out of a trade fast.
I'm left wondering what 2023 has in store for us investors as I've been sitting on over $745K equity from a home sale and I'm not sure where to go from here. Is it a good time to buy or do I wait? Major indices recorded their worst yearly performance since 2008 as a result of drivers like the recession, war, hiked interest rates, and inflation, which so far doesn't seem to be slowing down.
Grab the chance to acquire stocks on sale while they're still available since it's a wonderful time to invest in the market. There are still quite a few stocks that make for a good buy this season; you just have to do your research. However, to be on the safe side and avoid second-guessing your market decisions, I'd suggest you seek out the advice of a qualified investment adviser. They are better equipped at understanding market patterns/movements and adjusting portfolios to match up with these market trends.
I truly need professional assistance because I'm near to retirement and my portfolio has lost over 15% in just the past month alone. Have you ever worked with an investment adviser? If not, who would you suggest?
My wife and I were following this same trajectory. Last two years, I pulled out my money and invested with her wealth manager. Not catching up with her profits over the years, but at least I earn more. Haha.

If you buy a small shop for $1 million and can't sell it tomorrow for the same price, it doesn't mean your shop is a scam nor does that mean it's a risky business. Low liquidity is just intrinsic property of any small cap asset.
Isnt about whether its an OTC stock or not but whether the investor does their due diligence and whether a company is perpetuating fraud. Plenty of fraud in large caps as well. That being said, most OTC stocks underperform the main indices.

So while a good chunk of blame should be on any scammer, some people are just too greedy for their own good.
just because everyone is buying them makes it dangerous like almost any product you buy

Enron was a public company. It was once called a backbone of Wall St. Scammers are scammers. They existed for thousands of years and trying to generalize and/or pin-point it to certain section of the market/economy is a road to nowhere.
Finally someone who uses their brain instead of buying into propaganda.

Isnt about whether its an OTC stock or not but whether the investor does their due diligence and whether a company is perpetuating fraud. Plenty of fraud in large caps as well. That being said, most OTC stocks underperform the main indices.
How did they exist for thousands of years?
Amen.
Anyone else feeling messed up with all the bad happening? Glad that *VRI TOKEN* is giving power to the people which is not what I personally expected but it's there and everyone can get a good share of that. Don't just take my words on this, best is if you have a grasp yourself what they wanna do and what the vision is like. Probably something which will change the next generations and decide if it makes sense to run digital currencies or not
Guys, if penny stocks are too risky for you, buy deep OTM SPY options! You can at least feel good about your donation to wall street

Sir, this is a casino.
Knowledge supports growth.
just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.
I used to think every investor went broke during recessions, meanwhile some make millions. I also thought everybody went out of business during the Great Depression, but some went into business. Bottom line, there's always depression for some, and profit for others, it all starts from having the right mindset. That said, I've set asides $250k to invest for future, unfortunately l'm a complete noob.
The market has gone berserk! regardless of experience level, everyone needs a sort of coach at some point to thrive forward.
True, A lot of folks downplay the role of professionals until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx. $850k so far.
How can I contact your
coach as my portfolio is dwindling?
Thank you for this tip. It was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her résumé.

I've done relatively well with some penny stocks. Particularly in the mining sector. But the risks are on the extreem end of the curve.

Stocks are not lottery tickets, they are small pieces of a big business going through the financial of the business will give you a good understanding of the intrinsic value of the company
Penny stocks are not bad until the underlying company behind them is paying dividends and have a good and healthy business for an investor to value
Too bad the SEC couldn’t be this attentive to all the congress insider trading 🤣
I wonder that myself. I never had any luck with them.
It's so many investing scams. This is why saving money will always be the best option. Hey it may take longer and slower, but at least I know I would not never scam myself. I trust no one but God and myself with my money.

Like many people I had beginners luck, that was fun, soon after that you 'buy' something that you can't sell. I had no confusion about high risk, that was well known
I still think *VRI TOKEN* has a great future because it's owned by VRI . Also I don't hear anyone about DFI? Taking the biggest blow right now. From 5000 euros to 330.... will this still work out in the future? And since BTC will fall even further I think we haven't seen the bottom yet!
Certain pharmaceutical companies are penny stocks, they do research and they present at public conventions. Should I still be wary of such companies?
I’ve been working in the markets full time for two years now. Believe me, there isn’t a company in the market you shouldn’t be wary of. People lose fortunes when they stop being paranoid with due diligence.
Of course you should. You should be wary of every company, at least a little. Even Forbes gets fooled by companies built on fraud. Every industry has bad or fraudulent companies.
If you look at the 5 year chart and see the company has flatlined, yes...
Since they big exchanges allowed SPAC IPOs they are not better than pink sheet/OTC exchanges. 95% of SPAC are toxic waste.

You may look her up online and confirm her for yourself. She has extensive knowledge of the financial markets.
Cuz they’re cheap and people are willing to gamble and take the risk that their 2¢ investment per share will blow up to $1+ each.

People think their money is “in” the equity they purchased… the money is 100% gone after you buy an equity.
Ain’t that the truth !! You just have to be smart about where you put it and have some type of understanding of how things work!!

Haha.
For real, I've wanted to switch to a wealth manager. Please, could you recommend yours?

If you buy a small shop for $1 million and can't sell it tomorrow for the same price, it doesn't mean your shop is a scam nor does that mean it's a risky business. Low liquidity is just intrinsic property of any small cap asset.
