    Hi! Thanks for this. I seem to be having a similar issue to some of the other people here. Connected my catalog all fine, but the last step - "Settings > Websites > Submit Domain Name' - The 'Websites' option does not appear at all under settings. Any advice? Thanks!

    Hi i got this working after a bit of trial and error and it looks great now! 2 questions. Do I need to keep paying webeze catalogue maker app for it to keep updating my catalogue? 2. I can't get the shop button up on Instagram in order to connect the catalogue there... I had tried once before with a site that didn't have e-commerce and was denied by Facebook. I can't seem to send them the Etsy store link to review though to get the button so as to view the catalogue. Any suggestions?

    This was so helpful!!! I have been working for several days trying to figure out how to do this. I went through all the steps. When I got to the end and clicked on catalog to submit my catalog to be able to tag and so on, Websites with that option does not show up for me. I've gone back through the video to see what I might have missed. I can't find anything. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!!!

      Hey Sara, What do you mean by "Websites with that option does not show up for me". If you mean that nothing shows in the commerce manager, then you can try creating a new shop in the commerce manager, link it to your IG page and then add your catalog to it.

      @@webyze Around 3:51 in the video, there was the option to submit websites for review under the heading "Websites". That does not show up for me. Everything else is there. That is not.

      @@sarabutler1175 That is strange. You did add a catalog containing various items in the commerce manager right? If that step is done correctly, facebook will detect the URLs in the catalog and mark the new domain name for review.

      Yes. My catalog with all my Etsy shop items shows in my commerce manager. It shows that it is connected to my Instagram and Facebook. None of my catalog shows on my Instagram of Facebook.

    Thank you so much for creating this video! I keep running into an issue at the very last step. Submit Your Domain for Approval In Settings → Catalog → Websites → Not Submitted, submit your domain name for approval. I don't have a domain or submit button listed in this section for some reason. Can you please provide me with guidance on how to resolve this? Thank you.

    I just set this up but my products are showing as sold out. It says they all have 'issues' with a yellow exclamation sign. Should I manually update the quantity on commerce manager? They are all POD so it doesn't matter, right?

    • @designedbyenith
      @designedbyenith 11 месяцев назад +2

      I am about to cancel this trial :( half of the listings are showing because I had to hard code the quantity but once Etsy feed syncs again the info will be overwritten. Also the images apparently are too big for IG/FB to tag. it won't let me tag my products in my posts. I may need to add certain items manually and forget the URL data feed :/
