    After almost 1 years Training hard "Stretching" I finally achieve the middle splits!
    No pain no gain! :)

    Great stretching against wall. A cross country skiing version. Sit away from wall , grab or hook arms now lean forward & backwards in circles. This stretches most of body at same time. Good warm up that builds strength

    I don't think she is ever going to get all the way up there.In essence you really don't have to, you can get descent kicks with just that flexibility alone.

    Do NOT stretch with a partner unless you trust them with your life. My progress was set back once for literally years because some absolute idiot asshole thought it would be fun to see just how far he could push and ripped the shit out of one of my buttocks. If you are asked to help someone else stretch, be EXTREMELY careful to not push one millimeter past where you are told to push, EVER!
