Normal Bail means when a person charged with any offence is arrested, and after that Bail application presented before court Interim bail - It is also called as Anticipatory bail or advance bail, in this person is charged with any offence but before arrest he apply for bail or bail in Anticipation of arrest parole - it is given to a person convicted of any offence, generally you can understand is as someday leave from Prison/Jail..

Mam first time see your video its really amazing iam a law student i have a doubt what is general use of legal terms and idioms can you please explain in English. Please 😊🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I have known the word summon since 7th standard since it was in one of my English book lessons. That person who was summoned took the person who came to town to summon this person, to the whole town and at the end he told him that he is the person that the other person had been searching with him the whole day. 😂😂😂
The more I get old the more I understand "law ghanta kisi ke kaam aata hai... As long as he's powerful" yaha aam aadmi ka koi nahi, saalo saal bas case chalte hai... Pehle Bhi wahi tha aaj bhi wahi hai... Bas ab "you know who" ab judiciary pe control chaahte hai taaki wo powerful log unke side ke hi ho.

Just a point. Acquittal just means ki they weren't gui!ty beyond reasonable doubt. This is one time ki guilty ka opposite isn't necessarily innocent. Kabhi, kabhi it just means ki enough evidence, quality evidence ya relevant and admissible evidence nahi tha.
Ap bhut cute ho 😊😊aur ap jo bhi samjhate ho hame bhut acche se samjh aa jata hai ❤❤apka to main fan ban gaya ho but apse baat karne ki aukad nai hai meri😢😢😢
I agree with what you say but you can't ignore the fact that there are 12 million penguins in Antarctica and only 300000 Seals . If there is a war between the penguins and seals then 1 seal needs to fight with 40 seals.
I like your videos madam very informative and interesting presentation. Madam please make a video on appeal after acquittal procedure for law students.

In English Class , I read that Summon is not used in singular form 😁 So right word will be Summons 😊
That is a different thing, in politics it means a separate thing
Yes in movies it means suman
@@agentgaming. not Suman 😅
Hear properly. .she said summons ..but wrote summon
Summon is always issued in duplicate. Therefore it is pronounced as Summons.
