12DaysinMarch, Question of the Day; Pilot (Sample) Question, Pulmonary

Howard Sachs, MD is developer of the 12DaysinMarch lecture series. He is Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and teaches an integrated review of Organ Systems during the first 12 days in March focusing on USMLE Step One preparation.
I am currently preparing a library of high yield questions/concepts for launch in the Spring of 2023. Any and all feedback is most welcome!

Give a little more time (5-7 seconds) to allow people to pause the video to read/answer. The 2-3 seconds after you say “feel free to pause the video” is not enough! But otherwise amazing analysis and in depth explanation :)
