I feel you. You must feel like vomiting trying to check all the tasks everyday. You have to be proud of yourself still keeping up. They say that new habits form in 21 days, hang on a little bit more and it will become easier. Best of luck!
It honestly would not be that bad if it wasn’t for the fact that we’re struggling to find enough items to list daily. I mean, you can find tons of crappy items, but I only want to list quality items. Thankfully we had a good garage sale weekend which helps.
I always look forward to your videos. Congratulations on your fantastc increase in sales. I hope you find a ton of items to list for next week. Love how you upgraded your photo booth and the use of a lanyard on your phone, very handy.
If you find the phone feels heavy you can wear the lanyard like a cross body bag. I hated the weight when it was just on my neck, now it’s much better. Great updates. Thanks for sharing.
Great new photo setup! This will surely save you time along with your new lanyard. I'm also having a challenge sourcing good items. Seattle prices are higher so GW shopping for clothing is out for me. So I'm currently selling more home goods. Happy 1st day of summer!
I always enjoy watching you guys! I am taking notes to follow in my new venture.. 🙂 WOW, amazing increase in sales! Big congrats!!! You are doing great!! Love and hugs to you both!
Always love your videos. Hope you get a bit of R&R over the 4th! I definitely would have to go out of town to get enough to list that many. Our locals thrifts price high & we are pretty rural city? You are doing fabulous!!
Thank you for keeping it real in your videos. I love that! I feel the frustration as well with sourcing. I can't find hardly anything worth selling anymore and question whether or not I will be able to continue. I guess time will tell whether or not I can make this work. Hang in there with the heat! I'm from Mass and we are swimming in soup too! :)
Somedays are definitely better than others when sourcing. I am at the bins today and it’s been another bad day. Thanks for taking the time to watch in comment ! 😊
Painters Tape is great to use in photos where you don't want the tape to stick forever. Photographs, to me, are the toughest part. We've got so many windows in my office that lighting is difficult.
I use clear packing tape because it always seems to be peeking out and then it blends in a little bit more. I am in the basement so I have the opposite lighting problem. Which is why I use the box lights since it’s kind of dark down here. Thanks so much for taking the time to watch and comment!
Just found your video and enjoyed all the information. Looking forward to watching some of your older videos. I have the metal rolling shelves and was wondering what size boxes you are using to store your items? Thanks.
Thank you for sharing! I went out of my comfort zone and scored a haul of weider weights thanks to Justin! Not sure how I am going to sell heavier plates yet... a bit intimidated by it!!
I think the best tip we can give you is fill all voids in the box with like cut up pieces of cardboard. You do not want the weights to move it all because if they do, they will just break right through the box. And tape the heck out of it.
He has always lifted weights and we always had some in the house. But his first buy was a huge lot of York dumbbells. He ended up making over an $800 profit on them. And the rest is history. He figured out how to pack and ship them for cheap and then he started spending every waking hour searching for more to buy. 🤣
I honestly don’t remember. But I assume I just went into the return settings and clicked buyer pays for returns. If you go into the eBay help section and type in setting up returns, I think it will lead you to it.
I still wouldn’t be able to pay the $7.99 the thrift store is asking and make a decent enough profit. Now if I find it on $.99 day NWT I absolutely will pick it up.
I heard eBay’s algorithm likes white backgrounds, so I got rid of my wood backgrounds. Have you heard this? The wood background looks so much prettier!
People used to say that years ago. And then they pretty much said that was not true anymore. I’ve used a wooden background now for close to three years.
You might just need to pay closer attention to the sell through rate on the items you’re picking up. And sometimes you just have to let go of old inventory that is weighing your store down.
I absolutely pick them up if they’re new with tags and I get them on $.99 day. But not when Goodwill is asking $7.99 for used ones that only sell for like $12.
Oh, of course! I won't pay more than $2 for a pair. I have also gotten some for free. I only pick them up if they're embellished, but I've never found any that are NWT. I usually sell pre-owned GV Amanda jeans for $16-18 plus shipping.
I pretty much keep nothing. There isn’t much in our closets that isn’t used or is sellable. I even cleaned out all of our holiday stuff over the last two years.

Great video, as always! 😊

Welcome!! The boxes are 24x10x8. I buy them in bundles of 25 off of eBay.
Great video!
Thank you

Thanks Doris 😊
That’s a lot of weights❗️
He’s upset that he doesn’t have enough listed currently. 🤣
Love the new photography wall photo area. You have been working hard. How in the world did Justin get into selling weights?
He has always lifted weights and we always had some in the house.
But his first buy was a huge lot of York dumbbells. He ended up making over an $800 profit on them. And the rest is history. He figured out how to pack and ship them for cheap and then he started spending every waking hour searching for more to buy. 🤣
@@mrs.frugaltrashtocash1938 Got it. The rest is history.
Great video. I love the wallpaper backdrop. What size are the cardboard boxes you use to store your listed inventory?
24x10x8
Thank you for the valuable video! Can you describe how you set up ebay to have the buyer pay for returns? Thank you!
I honestly don’t remember. But I assume I just went into the return settings and clicked buyer pays for returns. If you go into the eBay help section and type in setting up returns, I think it will lead you to it.
My 1stweek of June was fantastic. Now nothing. I am trying hard and keeping up, We shall see.
That’s all we can do is keep chugging along.
😀🙂😊
Hi Mrs. Frugal. Do you do any reselling consultations at the moment?
No, sorry
No, sorry
Gloria Vanderbilt in TALL sell pretty fast

I wish I could make that a month I must be doing something wrong

you guys are great
LOL, I've sold more than a few Gloria Vanderbilt jeans!
I absolutely pick them up if they’re new with tags and I get them on $.99 day. But not when Goodwill is asking $7.99 for used ones that only sell for like $12.

Maybe clean out your personal closets to see what you can list?
I pretty much keep nothing. There isn’t much in our closets that isn’t used or is sellable. I even cleaned out all of our holiday stuff over the last two years.
@@mrs.frugaltrashtocash1938 Maybe time to buy a pallet from Bulq I have had good experiences!
