In this youtube video i have shown how to make falooda kulfi recipe at home. Kulfi falooda recipe is one of my favorite Indian dessert recipe. Falooda recipe is an Indian version of ice cream recipe. In this kulfi recipe video i have shown you how to make malai Kulfi as well as falooda noodles recipe from the scratch.
Falooda Kulfi Ingredients
1.5 Ltr Full Fat Milk/Doodh
Sugar/Cheeni as per taste
Kewra jal 1 Tsp
Gulab Jal 1 Tsp
Pista and Almonds 2 Tbsp each
Green Cardamom Powder/Hari Ilaychi 5-6 Pods
1/2 Cup Corn Starch/Araroot
Water 1 Cup
Rose syrup as required
