घर पर बनाये टेस्टी कुल्फी फालूदा | Easy kulfi falooda recipe at home from scratch| Delhi style kulfi
Cornflour 1 cup
Sugar powder 2 tbsp
Water 2½ cup
Yellow food colour 4 drops
Rose water/ kewra water 1 tsp
In a bowl, add cornflour, sugar, water and make slurry (mixture) of it
Heat a pan and add cornflour slurry to it.
Stir continuously while cooking it.
Cook till it becomes a thick paste as shown in the video.
Take a sev sacha and add the cooked cornflour paste when it is still hot
Take a bowl filled with chilled iced water. Add rose water/ kewra water.
Press the falooda directly into the chilled water.
Falooda is ready.
Rabdi & kulfi
Milk 500 ml
Khoya 50 gms
Saffron 8-10 strands
Cardamon 1tsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
In a pan boil milk and reduce till it becomes half of the quantity on low flame. It almost takes 35-40 mins.
Add 100gms of mava and cook it.
Add saffron, cardamom powder and sugar. Cook and cool it down.
Keep half of the mixture aside and rest use for setting kulfi.
Pour the kulfi mixture in moulds and set it in the freezer for 12-14 hours.
Rabdi and kulfi are ready.
Assembly
Rose syrup 20 ml
Bloomed sabja 1 Tbsp
Pista for garnish
Rabdi -
Kulfi -
In a glass arrange all of these items as shown in the video.
