Milkshake Recipe Ingredients
Sugar caramel sauce
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream 2 tbsp
Heat a pan, add sugar, 1 tablespoon water and let it become syrup.
Once sugar is melted and it’s colour changes to brown, add butter.
Finish it by adding fresh cream.
Our sugar caramel is ready.
Chocolate sauce
Milk compound chocolate 1 cup
Milk ½ cup
Heat a pot, add water and let it come to a boil.
Take a bowl bigger than the pot and keep on it.
Add chopped milk compound chocolate to the bowl and let it melt.
Add milk to it and bring it to a thick consistency as shown in the video.
Our chocolate sauce is ready.
Dry fruit milkshake
Milk 250 ml
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vanilla ice-cream 2 scoop
Cashew 8-10 pcs
Almonds 8-10 pcs
Figs 5 pcs
Raisins 10-12 pcs
Saffron for flavouring
Pista 5 gms
Whipped cream for garnish
Take a mixer jar, add cashew, almonds, soaked raisins, soaked saffron, milk, sugar, vanilla ice cream and churn for a while.
Pour it into the glass and garnish with whipped cream, flakes of pista, cashew and saffron.
Serve chilled
Salted caramel milkshake
Sugar Caramel 2 tbsp
Banana 1 pc
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream 1 scoop
Milk 250 ml
Take a mixer jar, add salted sugar caramel, milk, banana, fresh cream and churn for a while.
Pour it into the glass and garnish with whipped cream,caramel sauce, chocolate confetti, rock salt and a slice of banana.
Serve chilled.
Peanut butter milkshake
Banana 2 pcs
Peanut butter 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Hazelnut 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Bournvita 1 tbsp
Milk 250 ml
Chocolate confetti 5 gms
Chocolate sauce for garnish
Take a mixer jar, add banana, peanut butter, honey, hazelnuts, vanilla essence, milk, bournvita and churn for a while.
Pour it into the glass and garnish with chocolate sauce, bournvita and chocolate confetti.
Serve chilled.
Mango milkshake
Mango 1 pc
Mango pulp ½ cup
Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
Sugar 1 tbsp
Milk 250 ml
Whipped cream for garnish
Take a mixer jar, add mango puree, vanilla ice cream, sugar, milk and churn for a while.
Add some mango dices into the glass.
Pour milkshake into the glass and garnish with whipped cream and chunks of mango.
Serve chilled.
Chickoo milkshake
Chickoo 3-4 pcs
Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
Sugar 1 tbsp
Milk 250 ml
Whipped cream for garnish
Take a mixer jar, add peeled chickoo, vanilla ice cream, sugar, milk and churn for a while.
Pour milkshake into the glass and garnish with whipped cream and chikoo as shown in the video.
Serve chilled.
Oreo milkshake
Oreo cookies 4-5 pcs
Fresh cream ½ cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops
Milk 250 ml
Chocolate confettis 10 gms
Take a mixer jar, add oreo cookies, fresh cream, sugar, vanilla ice cream, milk and churn for a while.
Pour it into the glass and garnish with whipped cream, oreo cookies and chocolate confetti.
Serve chilled.
Kitkat milkshake
Kitkat chocolate 4 bars
Chocolate sauce ½ cup
Milk 250 ml
Chocolate confettis 10gms
Take a mixer jar, add kitkat, chocolate sauce, milk and churn for a while.
Pour it into the glass and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and chocolate confetti as shown in the video.
Serve chilled.
