    I have followed couple of your last workouts ...normally when I started to follow u ..I was unable to complete the whole workout in one go ..I used to take breaks in between ..but as I followed u as I tried to complete the workouts in one breathe ..this workout became easy for me ...😀

    I just started track in my Highschool and the other girls are really good...I will do this workout more often that I can run faster and don't blame myself. Thank you that is a really helpful workout.

      Hey, I’m considering joining track but I’ve never done it before and I’m not in good shape rn. I’ve heard it can get pretty rough, do you recommend that I do it? I’ve been going on runs on my own lately and even though I don’t really go too fast or long im still out of breath.

    I did this workout without breaks after doing his stamina improvement exercises for a week! These exercises become so easy after you do his stamina exercises atleast for 2 weeks

      what i did when it became too easy is simply doing the whole workout two times is a row so basically making it a 20min workout

    Everytime there was a 20 second test I pushed myself and skipped the video 10 seconds. Your strongest enemy is yourself!

      It’s not just a mental break. Rest is important for your muscles to recover. With insufficient rest you aren’t going to allow your muscles to build and grow.

      Short answer is at least 2 days in between. If you workout on Sunday, your next day for the same muscles would be Wednesday. [You should never do intense workouts targeting the same muscles everyday. You'll end up injuring yourself badly. Rest days are just as important as the workouts. You should at the very very least give yourself 36 hours(really 50ish hours)for your body to repair.]
