Why You Should Buy a PS Vita in 2019

- Let's kick off 2019 right with discussing why the PS Vita is still a great buy in 2019, and why you might want to consider getting one now if you've been on the fence for awhile now. Trust me, it's awesome. One time it did my homework for me. (Okay that was a lie but you get my point).

imagine if they make every vita game free in the store one week before the store support is down
Microsoft made something like that in Russia last moths. All games lost like 98% of cost for a few hours.
No imagination is necessary when you're already living it.
What do you mean imagine you can already do that
Uh that never happened anyways....

Japan is the reason why I bought the Vita. I like Visual Novels, RPGs, and Rhythm games.
*cough cough* DS
I hate visual novels. I want real games but thankfully the system has those too.
Japan ichiban!
Good luck reading Japanese text
i can tell..
I bought an OLED Vita in December 2017 for remote play. Love it! Such an underrated system, ahead of its time.
asimb0mb ayyye I bought my OLED also in December 2017
It was truly way ahead of its time, doubt something like this will every come out.

and persona 4 golden gets ported to pc in 2020 lol
Sony should try again, don't give up. Develop a successor to PSVITA that can compete with Nintendo Switch
You mean, the PlayStation Switch?
Knowing Sony has a tendency to copy what Nintendo do like PS Move and PS1 classic, they might be.
EmperorFaiz Oh look a Nintendrone.
@@PSPortalShitpostingAntiSwitch Nice bait, kid.
@Būjin They will stop the support this year. So, no.
1. Buy an SD2VITA (Google it)
2. Put some CFW there
3. Download pkj shop
4. Download the app for remote play for both PC and PS4
5. Buy a Hori L2 R2
6. ???
7. PROFIT
You can play your PC/Steam games through you Vita, you can play almost any console from the past up to Sega Saturn/N64 and you can play even further with remote play to your PC. Storage? No problem with SD2VITA. Thank me later, this is the best portable not called Switch.
Yo I'm so glad someone else here knows about this. What a powerhouse of a handheld
@Nerak Karen I don't think that's necessary
adrenaline, pkgj, NONPDRM plugin, retroarch and a lot of other good stuff! yeah yeah illegal and bla bla, maybe use adrenaline to play ps1 and psp legit dump (from your ps1 game and psp umd) and retroarch from old game dump, you can still use the psvita game
@Nerak Karen the hack for 3.69 should be out before mid-year
@Nerak Karen yep, and the Vita is supposed to "die" at the end of March. I recall him tweeting something to the effect of "it's basically done but I don't wanna release it yet" since they patched his last hack after a couple months.
No, Vita + Jailbreak = 2019 perfection :)
Unless you have an old PS3 console, and a big memory card. There's no way you can download all your favorite games. Whether its the old PSP or the VITA game.
@@Delta-1X-Ray sd2vita.
@@paulosouza449 sd2vita doesn't work perfectly well on my vita. Especially if I cannot make the External SD card as my primary memory storage. Since last year. I've given up on using the VITA and sold it to get a nintendo switch with a 512GB memory card. And I'm pretty much enjoy using the switch. Especially with a TV as the display for my switch.

@@ceds7987 Switch is fun. Im pretty sure it's way harder to hack though. If you can get your hands on a vita or 2 I say do it. They don't make them anymore.
aw
Cuz it’s good enough
while I think the vita might stop publishing, I dont think they'll close the store, the ps3 is way older and the store is still alive
@once and for all they wont at least not in like a few years, they are just not gonna make anymore cause they are expensive to make.
That’s because PS3 has 90 million plus units sold..
once and for all just hack the vita its super easy, i have hacked vita with 32 gb sd card and a tone of games and emulators
I'm surprised it's still alive after 7 years in the states. Most companies would've closed it down 2 to 3 years later at best.
Lol the psp as well
I never get sick of "why buy a vita" videos ✌
Me too :D
I do
Don't get me wrong, the Vita is great ! But it had its problems, and most of these videos just gloss over the problems or hide it with their optimistic tone..
@@kquote03 sure the Vita does have some problems but I think overall it's a good handheld with a lot of features.
kenan1099 Oh look a Nintendrone
@@sameraisindlcs709 except, I don't own any Nintendo system and I own the Vita...
I didn't say it was bad, I said that the videos about the Vita were bad because they give the impression that the Vita is perfect, I have a pch2000 , I like it, heck I love it , but there are just things that are just infuriating ! Like the fact that I will be paying more for storage THAN THE SYSTEM ITSELF.
But I still love it , why ? Because of the hacking scene, now I just have to add 1$ on top of a price of an SD card to get an sd2vita...
But that still doesn't change the fact that the Vita still has issues (which were mostly fixed thanks to the hacking scene, but
hacking scene ≠ Vita )
Hacked Vita:
-cheap storage options
-cool Homebrew
-modz
-useful plugins (especially that usb video plugin)
-overclocking
Normal Vita:
-Selling kidney for a glorified sd card
-Games run sluggish without OC
-locked down
tl;dr
Saying that the Vita is perfect is a huge overstatement, however a hacked Vita might sweeten the deal.
I'm that one guy. I used my 3G Vita as my Phone for years before Sony killed of support for Skype at the OS level. I miss the days, when I could be streaming Music from Music Unlimited, while playing Need For Speed Most Wanted, and get a Phone call all at the same time. The Vita at one point, and still to this day, was the best mobile device ever made.
I just finished playing Spyro 1 and 2 start to finish in Remote Play, and am now moving on to Spyro 3. Over the last week, I played through Metal Gear Solid 2, which was on sale for $3.74.
Before PS Now was dropped, I was using it daily. I actually unsubbed for a few months when they dropped Vita support.
It irritates me to no end, that we the mobile market has yet to catch up to the versatility of the Vita. I got back into the Smartphone market back in October after spending some time with a 4G flip phone, and Android is just terrible. Carrying around the Vita and the Phone is complete non sense, but the phone is such garbage, without the Vita my communte would be wasted with the horrible games and apps on Android.
I really hope someone swoops in and brings real games back to a Mobile device. A Switch Phone, and Xbox Phone, a PlayStation Phone, hell, even an iPhone G in the form factor of the Vita/Switch would do. Any way to get back to being able to play current AAA level games natively on the go, while still handling calls, text, e-mails, and web browsing, with proper controls, all in one device. We could do it in 2012, so what the hell is going on in 2019?
It'll happen eventually. AAA games will be released on mobile devices and mobile devices will have built-in support for controllers, keyboard and mouse, seamless output to a TV.
It's the next evolution for smartphones. You can see Samsung and Apple struggling to innovate in any meaningful way, it's only a matter of time before they invest into gaming, especially with the Nintendo Switch proving that it's very possible.
Way to flex on me for never owning the 3G model. Vita still is the best way to game on the go and it's been handicapped. Like Rambo in a wheelchair.
Well said, well said.
Not everyone wants a phone for gaming that would just lead to more horrible games plus if you where playing a game and out of no where you get a call that would be annoying
Too much money to be made keeping those things separate. You will have to wait until having all those features combined is unavoidable. Which is sad because I feel the same as you do.
Great video!! Still playing my Vita here
FeverGaming Hey that guy stole your video title. Lmao
Thanks! Still love my Vita. Gotta get myself a sapphire blue one.

Nintendo switch
@@onelesslonelymemer5863 getting both will never be a bad decision.
I may never understand why people argue over this :))) switch is dead for me at the moment since there is no game I want to play on that device. But if (pls be true) P5 is to be released on Switch and not on psvita, I will get myself one immediately. Saving for it now.
@@0okuzukirio0 so you tell me you don't like a single game that exists on switch but enjoy the crappy games on the vita?
I cannot take you seriously, you probably don't have even know what games are on switch to begin and that's coming from a vita owner myself -_-
@@onelesslonelymemer5863 no, you don't need to take me seriously. It would be funny if you do.
I play only when i can make time for it which is not so much nowadays. Going through the list every year, there is no game that truly caught my eyes, unfortunately.
I take that as you and I have very different taste in game. The reason why owning a device doesn't make you an expert is due to this difference. I own a 3DS but I am certainly not a Nintendo expert. My friends might hate the type of game I play, and I might hate his. No point in arguing. I play my game, not playing his.
I understand that there are games on switch that I would absolutely love, provided that I actually get to play them (the same happened with my vita) but there is no push factor for me to get a switch NOW (no time, no money, no Persona 5 on Switch yet). So that is the story of future.

The PSVITA kept the portable experience for PlayStation going for years!

Awesome to hear! It is still a really good platform, but it used to be amazing. iOS and Android still havn't caught up to what you could do on Vita between 2012 and 2015. That was the golden age of Mobile.
Same here man I got it last week and loving it
Same man
same man what model did you get the original or slim?
@@igotthememes349 the slim one, JP version
I just bought a PS Vita in 2021. My reason was I wanted to explore Sony’s older games (gow 1-2, sly cooper...) and didn’t want a huge machine.
I hope they make a new PS Handheld device.
well Ikiguy I got some bad news for you sony didn't just gave up on not just the Vita but they also gave up on the handheld market entirely which means that sony isn't gonna make another new handheld no Vita 2 or anything else like that because as they put it people just aren't as into handhelds anymore which honestly make's me sad about that 😢
@@charliefunk3309 man... that sucks but it is factual that handhelds are the thing anymore 🤷♂️💔
@@charliefunk3309 Give up? They didn't give up, they fucked up. Seriously, Sony after the PS2 and before the PS4 were on drugs. They made a portable PS2, the PSP. It doesn't have a right stick, it doesn't have stick buttons, it doesn't have triggers. Then they made the PS3. A console that companies could barely make games for, because of the hardware (A.K.A. that console was laggy as fuck, so Xbox 360 was the natural choice between the two). Then they made the Vita...no triggers, no analog buttons, gyroscope, touchscreen, touchpads on the rear. The Vita could've easily gotten sold as a Cell Phone that's good enough for gaming, all they needed to add was a SIM-card reader and bam, you got a mobile phone. Sony was on drugs between 2005 and 2013.
@@charliefunk3309 Don't get me wrong, I own a PS3 and a Vita and I do love these consoles, but Sony just made so bad business decisions...a touchpad, on a fucking handheld. I get the gyroscope, it's a good idea, but even if you're trying to focus on the mobile market you should in NO way cripple the console.
The PSP did well though. Selling over 80 million units, Despite the Nintendo DS selling over 154 million.
2006-2007 is when Sony went downhill with the PS3 due to it's complex hardware & over-high price of $600.
However, the PS3 did later got recovered to a point where it actually outsold the XB360 by 2 million units.
The PS Vita however, was Sony's biggest failure so far because of the lack of promises they've made. BTW, PS Vita did had a SIM-card for mobile but it was only 3G.
2013, Sony finally said "fuck this quality shit, we're going back to Quantity!" & made the XB1 look bad Sega Saturn Style. *BOOM* PS4 sold over 100 million units!!!
Why did sony have to cancel free PlayStation plus games 😭
No Vita/PS3 games left developers/publishers are willing to give away. And how many PS Plus Members even claim either platforms' games anyway?
@@NickBLeaveIt actually ps vita it's still geting a lot of games (for a dying platform)
AlexPlaysFTW Yeah, but maybe the devs/publishers of those games refuse to put them on Plus based on how Sony pays. Many Vita games of recent are purposefully EZPZ platinums for $5 or less, why give that game away when people will buy it?
Also, people get butthurt when Sony gives away indies and not AAA, so this could be them caving to peer pressure - notice how in 2018 they were giving away many top PS4 games. These games had people buying them enough that the publisher could AFFORD to give the game away, a luxury many smaller titles don’t have.
😭
I love how bright and vivid games look on my Vita’s OLED; I had to buy two just in case...
*For anyone seriously considering buying a PS vita in 2019*
As a long time Vita owner, who owns the 1000 model, 2000 model, and the PS tv, Please do buy the 2000!. You will appreciate the longer battery life. As with anything organic the OLED screen on the 1000 model decays. It can look hideous like the PS tv. Only good use for the PS tv is PSP or PS1 games. Side note, L2 R2 trigger grips have some practical uses outside of remote play. I'd look into it if you play games with rear touch pad controls. Best examples are borderlands 2 or any ps1 game.
The Library of games is huge. There's no way you can't find games that don't interest you if you look. My Niche just happens to be inferior console ports or adaptations of AAA games (Where is my Black ops declassified clan at?) Also *NO* Ryan. I, a diehard vita fan boy, have *NOT* poured even 1 minute into persona 4 golden. That's a stereotype and I'd be willing to call you a racist for it had I any ground to stand on.
If anyone would have cared too read it I wouldn't have deleted my love letter to the ps vita that was right here. The gist was this is my favorite machine that has seen constant use for the last 6 years. *It really is the console experience on the go if you don't mind still playing your ps2 today.* I understand that's not many people though. If you want something shiny buy a switch. You'll be happier in the long run. Lol, imagine unironically owning a switch.
*For Ryan*

I got a psvita back in July of 2019 and I'm loving it!
ok, guys, I'm considering buying a PS vita it's 2020, I have truly fallen in love with Horizon Zero Dawn on my PS4 and that is what has influenced me into looking into a portable gaming system. I have had absolutely NO Luck with my PS4 remote play, and I'm wondering how much that would affect my gameplay on a PS Vita. I would love to replay some other games that I love from PS2 (kingdom hearts and all varients) and PS3 (Final Fantasy X and X-2) but along with several others. Is there any new news about an end date for the PS vita store? and does it make sense to still do it at this point in time! I'm seeing used PS vitas for $130-$180, and new ones in the higher levels of that price range.
I got my VITA slim at the beginning of summer 2016, and have used it constantly ever since. I got it for Uncharted Golden Abyss and MGS HD collection, but ended up playing the God of War PSP games in addition to a ton of great indie/limited run games! I even started using it a lot again last year to play Iconoclasts when it came out (which is an outstanding game) and because I got really into the Danganronpa series.
Still need to buy a few games before physical game production is discontinued in March.
Amen. Mother FUCK digital games, I always get a nice, crisp, brand new physical copy to add to my collection...as opposed to a shitty little file on your HD with no cool boxart or mini game manual etc.

@Cdc9877 Amazon. Prices are okay on most if you're willing to spend to get physical copies. Favorites have been Dragons Crown and Terraria so far. Also looking forward to trying Killzone, Persona, Tearaway, and LittleBigPlanet.
Remote Play actually was decent control wise if the dev optimized the controls. The only game I've ever heavily Remote Played was Destiny 1, which had great controls. They put emotes as right on D-pad plus the direction you want on the face buttons, and run is down on the d-pad when moving. L1 and R1 are also mapped to the left and right of the screen respectively. It sounds weird, but I'd say a solid 35% of my Destiny gameplay after getting a Vita was remote played.
This makes me sad that i have a vita and dont play it anymore... I'm gonna play it now. Btw i love your cat, she reminds me of my Mitzi. Had her for 19 years. Great memories

Remote play is and will forever be the best feature. I mean come on, the idea that you could play your ps4 ANYWHERE!
Not to mention that modded Vitas have a port of moonlight, so if you have an Nvidia graphics card you can stream any PC games and pretty much perfectly play them on it. It basically turns it into a Wii U gamepad for your PC and treats the inputs like an Xbox controller, you can even get cases with triggers built in for L2 and R2.

I owned both Vita models and after playing longer on 1000 my wrists always ached. With 2000 I've never experienced this. It's much nicer to hold in hands and the screen downgrade is absolutely negligable, especially if you consider that OLED displays have shorter lifespan and I noticed that at the end mine produced significantly more yellowish colors than LCD display on 2000.
Vita is absolute beast, though. There are even homebrewed unofficial games released for it. Emulation skills are surpassed only by Switch - and even that not entirely.
I have a PS Vita 1000 in white, and a PS Vita 2000 in aqua blue modded. Love them both, and with a trigger grip case on them I play for hours. My little brother recently gave me his PS4 and the 300+ games he had for it, so now I have that huge library available on Remote Play as well. I'm satisfied..
What I like about the Vita/Vita Slim:
1. The PSP version of Tekken 6 is playable on the Vita/Vita Slim and the PSP version of Tekken 6's online server still works.
2. It is backwards-compatible with PSP and PS1 games via digital download.
3. It is way better than the PSP series.
4. Awesome fighting games.
5. The Vita/Vita Slim is region-free.
6. It plays online for free without having to pay to play online for a month or a year.
7. There is a controller grip add-on for the Vita Slim that prevents you from touching the rear touch pad.
8. It is way better than the Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS series because the Vita does not rely on friend codes.
And 9. The Vita Slim has superior rechargeable battery life than the original Vita.

Btw anyone attacking Vita is my enemy!! Lol
My all lifetime favourite machine!!!!
Keep up good work!!! 💗😋
I own a vita, switch and 3ds in 2019.
Which one do you prefer?
The Switch! But I can't really say that tho. I don't have a Vita but my friend was going to give me his for sale. Then he just sold it because it was "boring"
@@TheFurryInShambles Vita for anime and rpgs, the 3ds for mario and ds games then the switch for everything else.
Me to I love my switch wish ps vita had more games and was cheaper
Same but my vitas left sticks wonky and I'm nervous to replace it.
PS Vita remote play, hooked up to airplane WiFi is a definite time killer on long haul flights though. Log into the on board WiFi link to PS4 and your away. Makes a 10 hour flight feel like nothing with the right game.
Running PSH1000 WiFi only plus portable power bank to charge one the go with usb.
The remote is smooth and graphics look also great. Regardless of what you said.
I have 2000 and soon I will buy 1000 version.
thanks.
You forgot to mention you can hack psvita and use sd2vita to use microsd for psvita more than 256 gb.
Really?.. How
I got a hacked PSP. Can I switch my microSD on my PSP over to a PSVita and play all games I have installed on it??
I'm thinking about getting one for Christmas. Though, with the prices being expensive, I don't really know if it'll happen.
Thomas Muller good luck man. I hope u can get one.
Get a used one they’re cheaper
TheDancingMoonFoxy still better than paying $200 for such an old console
TheDancingMoonFoxy yeah
There’s a lot of really cheap used ones on ebay
I feel like the vita is a platform that’s barely supported anymore which is a slight turnoff to me. But yeah it’s still a nice legacy console.
Yea
PS2 isn't supported any more but I'd take it over the PS4 any day the Last of us multiplayer is no longer active. Gameplay is king.
The Vita is 6 years old...what do you expect? That's basically the average life cycle of a console....I mean...look at the 3DS, there's only (for now) two new games coming out and those are just remasters...
@@bobtom1495 I heard there's 5 new games to be released for vita this month, but it's a Japanese type of games which I'm not interested at all
I really want it, but almost entirely just so I have a way to play all of those PSone Legacy games. The only problem is it’s alway expensive as hell
Omg I subbed when you were at like 10K, your channel’s grown so much
Imma just buy it from someone to play P4 Golden
The best price, the most complete accessory library, psvita1000 psvita slim replacement parts, custom parts, repair parts.egamephone.com/index.php?rt=product/category&path=43
I got it for just persona games too lol
do you want to buy mine?
FearlessJW are you still selling yours?
Jorge Moran yes I am
Remote play is amazing. Play ps4 anywhere. Or even sit on the toilet and play your favorite games.
Hint: connect directly to your ps4 Wi-Fi when using remote play. Not your home wifi. You may have some connection issues at first but once you get on you're good to go.
Good to know. Cheers.
forgot to mention you can easily just hack the vita unleashing its full potential
Yes
Where to download games??
@@ironheart4375 google that one
What all can you do with it after you have it?
Can you hack both the 1000 & 2000? Does it have to be a specific firmware number to be able to do it?
You should have spoken about the hacking side of the PSVita
@theDNgamer Why not? Fill it with emulators like I've done. It's amazing.
@theDNgamer
don't hack if it's from a new-ish console that you can still buy official game copies easily
like for example my wii.. it's ok to hack it and play older games with it because the money I'm gonna spend on those games won't go to the developers
theDNgamer J
is there ever a time where its not a good time to buy a vita?
Yes, ever since the switch came out
One less lonely memer lies
Even if the store is closed you will probably still be able to download games. You can still download PSP games directly from the system 14 years after launch over WiFi.
I bought my vita when it was still fairly new with great potential. The only two games I played worth my while were persona 4 golden and odins sphere. And it was worth it. I honestly think the system could have done much better and contested against the 3ds for best portable console but the system just didn’t get the attention it deserved and most games worth mentioning were also released for the ps4. If they made more games and added some more variety I’m certain the system would have caught on. But sadly, Sony decided to give up and focus on the ps4 instead. Sad for consumers who already bought the system like me but just the two games I mentioned were worth what I paid. People spend hundreds on a trip to disney world and I got multiple days worth of fun from those two games. Plus there were other games that, while not as good as persona or odins sphere, had their own charm. I don’t regret buying it.
Persona 5 in the backround hellyeah bro!!
Im playing a PsVita right this moment.
Me too. I was playing MGS3.
I was in Manhunt 2.
Same!! 😁
Killzone Mercenary. Basic I know but I just fell back into it.
The trail of the sky 2
Resident evil 1,3, syphon filter 1,2,3, metal gear solid, kegacy of kain soul reaver.
James Watson Atheist Gamer ohhh yeah metal gear solid snake 👌🏼👌🏼got mine I was 7 I lost it when I was 14 I was very angry I completed metal gear three time the good old memories 😭why Sony gotta do us like this plus have a good day who ever you are cheers mate x
I just bought one last night. I got the Vita slim with all cables, 8gb memory card, and 5 games for 155.
Pretty Solid. I got my Vita back in 2014 for like $25 new ( but that's a different story ).
Haven't stocked up on all the games I wanted yet. I'll make it a goal to narrow down my list and get them before SONY closes the Vita stores doors.
Reasons to get a ps vita in 2019
Reason 1: Emulation
Reason 2: Makes a great coaster
wrong, i fucking hate when someone says "ThE ViTa hAs nO GaMeS" yeah ether you are on drugs or the games that you want are not on the system or the you hate to like good games
XOB 132 Calm down buddy I was just making a joke
SONY was just too strict on this console
and as an early user, the vita sealed my skepticism about owning a playstation.
Get a switch and you won't regret it.
Why would I regret my switch
I think nobody would regret getting a switch, it's already full of masterpieces and great games and it's just 2 years on the market
Typing error there, i just edited
Vita is way better than switch runs smoother and better res
@@atraioiztherat9063 Hahaha nobit doesn't.
I still use remote play on my ps vita. Persona 5 on it works perfect c:
In the topic of remote play, some games can detect whether you're playing with it, inFamous Second Son is a great example. (All buttons used regularly, L2/R2 use regular L and R buttons, but L2/R2 is mapped to the front touchscreen, in certain angles.)
You can still buy games on the psp store. Ive done it just last week. All you need to do is use your phone hotspot and dont have a password on the hotspot and the psp can connect online
I’m buying a vita the moment I get paid ☺️ I had one before couple years ago but it broke due to water damage ☹️
Buy one that has firmware 3.68 or lower. Then install custom firmware and have limitless possibilities
@Gengar Phantom I know there's an exploit for firmware 3.69+, but I do not believe that you can downgrade it to another firmware, and there are quite a few limitations on 3.69+ from what I know. I haven't check in about two months so it may have changed. But I'm just going with what I know for sure, which is why I recommended 3.68 or lower.
I want Sony to make a new "Vita" for the 9th generation.
Had my vita for years but never used it much, keep thinking about selling it, lost an 8gb memory card for it and unfortunately my son went and upgraded it to latest firmware while trying to play his minecraft game and now I can't hack it anymore. Will probably get shot of it as I can't think of any real reason to keep it anymore since it's dead.
3.69 hack is coming btw, thefl0w or whatever his name was is waiting for support to drop so it might be this year to release it
@@0nIXmatic Seriously???! Thank God. Last time I checked he said be won't be doing one for 3.69.... I updated my Vita from 3.68 the same day I got it and had no knowledge of the patch.
Yo, I’ll buy it off your hands ;)
Mrpman77 Nah dude, I’m all right. I was making a joke. I mean, I am planning on getting one, but I have the capability of getting one off of eBay
I hope you beat your son something fierce.
Sony should just make a new handheld with exclusive titles, internal storage space, extra shoulder buttons, reuse of the psp's memory sticks, clickable thumb sticks, remove the camera for extra space for other things, make it the go to mobile playstation experience.
I still enjoy and play my vita and my little brother enjoys it as well, might buy him one for his own 🙂👍🏻
If you have a 1000 would you suggest getting a 2000 as maybe a sidekick i might actually do that but again i rarely play now but my 1000 has a dark knight skin and tons of game for it. What do you think? 129.99 doesn't sound so bad for a slim version but then again with having the launch version... great video
Imagine They make a Playstation phone (Experia play 2) that comes with the ps vita library. Would be Lit
Matataskr NO BODY REMEMBERS THAT PHONE they really need to make a 2.0
@@KpDKGaming yeah everyone would love that but that probably won't happen but we can all wish right?
I can't wait for the video "Why you should buy a PS Vita in year 3248"
So triggered Nintendrone corporate slave lol
Looking to get one for Persona 4 Golden and some JRPGs and Visual Novels. It's too bad Sony is discontinuing it
now which PlayStation vita should we buy
Anyone know a good place to buy a Vita? I've been looking for one in good condition with the charger and all the prices are around $300 CAD, that's quite a bit more than I'd like to pay.
PSVita discontinued on March 2019 :(
U can get them from “game” “cex” and if ur in America probably in gamestop
@@kamero4 the psn is not working anymore for vita?
Captain Baddboy what?

Sky Anime tbh i dont know, its basically luck in their because its all second hand that has been traded in
I might get the vita soon in the future i got the psp recently
Im thinking about getting the god of war collection on it
My ps2 is having problems with those 2
Mystic do you recommend that or the ps3 hd collection?
Hope you see this
Vita+sd2vita+Henkaku+256Gb SD card= heaven!!
That's my setup
You don't need anything else afterwards . My setup too. I actually downgraded my cfw from 3.68 to 3.60 lol. I have every single psvita, psp, psx ( my own eboots) and emulators I want on there.
The real question is:Can it put on a blank screen at 0 FPS?
Do the twin sticks work properly for older games? Or does the new stick not get used much?
Edit: nevermind u kinda answered it in the video :D
Trophies on the go are the best part IMO :). Currerntly working on Uncharted: Golden Abyss
Yes. My trophy hunting itch comes and goes. I've been missing 2 trophies from Killzone for a over a year now including the platinum. Not sure when I want too pop it though.
+1
Trophies only exist to give worthless subhumans like you something to brag about in your meaningless existence.
Optillian Are you trolling? A human wouldn’t loose their shit over people talking about digital trophies.
Laying down playing skyrim special edition on my switch gigling at this in an evil way😈😈
oof
Nintendrone corporate slave salty to this video lol
I mean, ur still missin out on vita's capabilities.
No don’t please don’t make the mistake I made
Lol why?
your friend so does everything else.
I bought my first ever Sony handheld last month (the original "Fat" Vita w/ OLED screen), for me it's a godsend. I can:
- Play PS1 (and some PS2) games I haven't touched for years (FFs, Castlevania SOTN, Parasite Eve 2, Crash, MGS ...)
- Discover the amazing PSP library (currently binging YS Seven and TR Anniversary)
- Of course the amazing Vita exclusives (Uncharted, Gravity Rush, Wipeout) and indies (Dragon Crown, Child of Light ...)
I first hesitated between this and a Nintendo Switch, now I'm sure I made the right choice: For the price of a Switch alone I have the Vita and approx 20 games. Can't be happier honestly ;)
SpaceFox you should really get to hacking it
Thanks for making this video! I have recently been considering getting a PS Vita beacuse of Persona 4 Golden. I have binged Persona 5 over the past month and a half and wanted to see what P4G is like in my hands as opposed to watching videos on it. I lamented at the lack of availability of P4G for for those who don't have a Vita, but it's good to see that it wouldn't just be a P4G box. Thanks again for the information :)
