Put your dough in a separate bowl and boiling water in a separate bowl and on the top rack of your oven put your dough and bottom put your boiling water make sure non of the steam enters the dough bowl.
You really should have included the how-to on the coconut cream or at least attached a link to this video. The video is incomplete and the title is misleading.
