    I understand the comments about using music during a workout, I also love doing this. I also agree with the commenter who said "lose the music" , only because during your speaking parts in the video, I also had difficulty hearing and understanding what you were saying which I believe is important so we clearly understand how to do the exercises you were demonstrating. I am someone who hears a lot of things most people around me do not, my family calls me supersonic ears - and for me it is so hard to hear someone speaking if there are other sounds like music or several other people speaking at the same time...it's like my ears are too sensitive. Regardless, I love your content and am starting my first workout on my new bike tomorrow. Thank you for taking your time out to do these videos, it is very much appreciated.

    I’m just starting to follow your workouts and was very excited for this one, however the music completely overrides your words. I wish you could re-edit it so it’s easier to hear you.

    Hi great workout but I’d really prefer to lose the music. Will look for another video that doesn’t use music so I can properly hear the coach.

    Hi:) new sub here👍 thanks so much for making this video. i’ve only just started a recumbent bike and really enjoying it. i have question on how i should be breathing if you could explain that please. So far when im biking, i start to breathe in & out with my mouth, and i could really feel my breathing coming from my stomach u know. I don’t really know
    how to explain it better but u will know better. what’s the best way to breathe? im trying to lose belly fat too.

      Best way to breathe during cardio workouts is in through the nose and out through the mouth. Your breaths should be nice and deep, as you described you should feel it in your belly, this is not only the most efficient way to breathe, but it will deliver more oxygen to your body as you exercise!

    Is a recumbent bike better than a treadmill?

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  Год назад

      There's no better machine exactly. Each person has unique needs and preferences for their body and how they achieve their daily exercise. A recumbent bike will be much easier on the knees long term and has lubricating effects through the motion used for the exercise. If you're fit/athletic and want faster results, then the treadmill will be the right choice.

      If you have back/lower back problems as I do. Recumbent suggested instead of stationary bike by my doctor since backward leaning from recumbent puts less pressure on spine instead of sitting straight up on a regular bike. You must sit all the way back while using the recumbent bike. Walking can be ok but does put pressure on spine if back problems.

    I’m sorry I was on resistant for how many calories did I burn on this and will this let me get rid of my little belly

    • @SunnyHealthFitness
      @SunnyHealthFitness  3 года назад

      Since everyone’s metabolism is different, the best way to estimate your calories burned is to use the metabolic equivalent equation. We estimate that the MET value of your workout will be between 6-8. Using this value you can use the following equation to determine your estimated calories burned. Total calories burned = Duration (in minutes)*(MET*3.5*weight in kg)/200. For real-time calorie tracking, you could use an activity tracker like our Smart Fit Watch.
