    Does Whole30 contain seed oils?

This is the only “lifestyle” diet that has worked for me ….I’ve tried them all. I’ve lost 12 lbs in 2 months and kept half the weight off - it has changed my relationship with food. My husband and I do this lifestyle couple of times a year. Now when summer is over and wine season 😂 over we will do this for 2 months. I’ve also lowered my cholesterol and pre diabetes diagnosis. I wish you would do a over haul what foods Trader Joe’s have that is in compliance with the whole 30. I know the basic but the messages are conflicting at least here on you tube.

I learned a lot about specific foods through Whole30. I was shocked to learn how some foods affect me not just physically but emotionally. I’m an emotional wreck with certain foods 😅

Gluten too many days in a row does a number on my mental health. I repeated that experiment a number of times, because I had trouble accepting it. Happily I can get away with it here and there with little issue, but now I know not to eat it more than occasionally. MU

Are there any arguments against using the elimination “diet” full time?

The Whole30 is meant to be a short-term experiment, because we don't want you to continue to eliminate foods that might work perfectly well for you. You'd also miss out on culturally-significant foods, family favorites, and foods that are special or delicious. The point of the Whole30 is to figure out the foods that work best for YOU, so you can create your own sustainable long-term plan, based on your definition of health. Following the Whole30 rules forever isn't really "freedom." MU

Not about the Whole 30 plan, but these fake zoom type backgrounds are getting annoying. Makes the video host feel phony, like they are hiding something. I just get turned off by it. But Whole 30 is definitely 👍

I'm laughing because in this case, I agree! This background IS my own living room, but I'm still figuring out my set-up and I don't think green screen is it. MU
