After the confrontation with Connor (after his dad's surgery), I don't think there is a chance she lied, she looked soo heartbroken, it hurt.. many hated her character, but I loved her, she was confident, direct, sarcastic (loved her jokes and how she teased Connor every time😅) and loyal. Not all major character deaths happen in the season finale.

To think, all this over (essentially) a facial recognition system gone wrong and the people above Intelligence that pushed it on them. When things snowball, they _really_ snowball. I won't be that surprised if they do kill Jay off, given what happened with Al, but I sure hope they don't.
One way or another, Hank Voight will see that the higher ups pay for this fubar, whether Jay lives or dies.

dan heart Same question here!!! Some comments say that it was the gun from the guy Jay was fighting upstairs, that it fell down and she grabbed it. But to me it didn’t really look like that...
