Sorry, schlechtes Englisch, ich wollt sagen,, "Thanks Neil, its like coming home, and i love your music so much, bitte hör nicht damit auf, bitte nie. Love Britta 😄🙏🙏😘😘🍀🙏
I’ve been listening to Neil Young for almost 50 years. This song is as fresh and brilliant in a simple way as anything he ever wrote. And to see Nils Lofgren back with Crazy Horse is a bonus! I love this song and the mood it puts me in. Thanks Neil for a lifetime of great music! I remember he once said, “it’s all one song” 🙏 Amen
I'm glad that you identified Nils Lofgren. As soon as I saw this video displayed in a still thumbnail photo within an article I'm reading right now, I recognized Lofgren standing there on the left side. I was looking for a commenter that would identify him for sure. [The information box above does not list the other band members names.] I took my first wife and I to a barn-like loft North of our hometown of Portland Oregon across the Columbia River at East Vancouver Washington in around 1977 to see Nils Lofgren play. It's one of the few concerts I attended in my early life that I did not photograph, and I wish I would have. The lighting and the atmosphere was one of the most beautiful indoor interior atmospheres for a live concert. A very haunting dark background lighting that matched Lofgren's vocals well. It looks like something out of a Film Noir movie scene. I can find no record today of that concert, only a memory of the young Nils Lofgren Even the way Neil Young sings in this number, I could imagine Lofgren doing the lead vocals.
I started listening to Neil when I was 13 years old in 1966, and I have never stopped. I am now 68, and have always found so much meaning in Neil's music. Thanks Neil for all of your music, you bring peace and normalcy to my world.
Exactly as me, from 13 to 68 years old now. And I`m still feeling the same for the amazing music that comes from this super musicians. Neil Young is one of my favorite artist. Keep rocking dude.
I will always reflect to growing up in my teen years to Neil's music. There was just something about that voice and lyrics that I couldn't turn my back to. My son is now 37 years old and he loves Neil and sees the magic in his music too. We have attended many shows together and that will always be special to me
I got his autograph in N.H. Canobie Lake Park with all of Buffalo Springfield. He was dressed in buckskin and Stills was dressed as a Confederate Calvary officer. But he can do better. I think I was 15.
I haven't listened to the radio or my stereo system in months. I've been mourning the loss of my wife. The nice slow easy way of this song and the the lyrics "welcome back" is a nice way to ease back into enjoying music. Like Neil says "it's not the same". Nor will it ever be. Thank you Neil Young and Crazy Horse.
With this crazy world we're living in, i spent most my days listening to Young. I'm 34, a mom of 4, I'm glad i get to share his music to them... there's so much trash being made for many years now, soulless music, soulless artist. God bless you Neil Young❤
Brings me to tears... gratitude for Neil and crew touching my soul. There is so much Neil Young music to explore... Love your post. Makes me happy to know his music can still touch the heart of a young woman. Peace
Teach your children well. They're gonna have to fix this mess. Best wishes. *** Checking my memory, it feels like I've been following Neil forever, I noticed that Jerry Garcia played pedal steel on the CSN&Y recording in return for their help with the Dead harmonies on Working Man's Dead and American Beauty. Even the titles show how far we've gone wrong.
Great jam… Billy’s hanging in there, Nils provides sweet notes… Ralph steady, keeping time…Neil sounding strong… an ensemble of genius! Welcome Back Crazy Horse.
As a musician, I find that Neil always brings me back to clarity. He just cuts through the BS and puts his heart there for all to feel. He never ceases to inspire.
I was lucky enough to have been raised by a single, hippie mother with a penchant for Neil. I can't tell you how many times we drove up and down the East Coast, following every tour of his...and yes, even Greendale! Thank God Neil has been here for me my entire life and continues to bring me magic through his words! 🧡🧡
@@thechicantique4567 Hello 👋 How’re you doing. Thanks for this comment, I'm nothing without fans like you who appreciate my musical craftiness It's nice meeting you here.
I can't really describe how much I love Neil and Nils' uniquely expressive guitar work - hitting perfect tones with a ponderous emotional intensity that just feels like it was born to drift out over Western skies. I've been loving this styling for more than 45 years and it feels just divine to hear a fresh cut.
Hey, hey, my, my…Neil and Crazy Horse do it again. I still have my Decade album I bought in 1979 when I became an even bigger fan. I would write the lyrics to every song on that album all over my folders while in school. Neil has been the best influence on my life and whenever I hear his soulful refrains I reminisce but listening to this I have a new memory. Will love Neil and Crazy Horse forever. Thank you for all the jams.
It's so nice that in 2021 there are still artists who quickly release a 9-minute song. There aren't many of them any more. Thank you! Regardless of that, this song is brilliant.
Might not be to your liking but "All them witches" have plenty of 7+ minute songs. My pick for the best rock band doing the rounds for the last 10 odd years. Well worth a look. Do yaself a favour.
Ive heard a recent interview with him describing the atmosphere of where they play, not likle studious with sound walls etc.. he would rather the music they play sound natural and real while playing in areas such as rounded wooden logs without any high-tech equipment all the new bands record with. And he does it one take, so it comes out just like they played it
Ride on Crazy Horse! I was hoping for some long Neil guitar work on this album and here it is. Neils my favorite guitarist, he plays with so much emotion and heart. Long may he run!❤️🤘🏼🥁🎸🎤
Young's guitar playing has always been this way. Trying to follow or recreate his solos is nearly impossible. He his so free form. He seems to almost stumble around then comes up with these amazing lines! He truly just plays what he feels! That is his genius!
There’s something just magical when Billy and Ralph are holding down the rhythm and Neil plays. It’s almost like they were meant to play together. All three can be sloppy, but together they just are, are amazing. This is my favorite song since Drifting Back. And I don’t mean by them, I mean song recorded since.
I have seen Neil more then 40 times in concert . The man never ceases to amaze . Most at this stage in their career artists are oldies acts and he just keeps on making great new music . And he is always better with the "Horse"

Love you Neil Young & Crazy Horse, a perfect combination of brilliance and warmth and melodious translators of the stars. Please go on and never stop never stop never stop rock and roll will never die never die
I love you Niel; you were the very first person I fell in love with in the music world. I had my ear to the floor in my bedroom when I was 7 listening to "After The Goldrush". The mail lady played it each day; she lived downstairs. I still love you the same!! So good to hear you sing..... :) Keep on Rockin!!!
This one is right up there with Neil's all-time greats - "Powderfinger," "Cowgirl in the Sand," "Like A Hurricane," "Hey, Hey, My, My," "Thrasher," "ATGR," "Words," I could go on. I'm playing it over and over and still it's not enough.
Dear Mr. Young, my Name is Max, i am 28 years old, you are my biggest inspiration, i admire you in a intense kinda way, your singing, your words make me cry tears of joy and fear, my biggest wish is to one time see you live in concert, so please make sure to come to germany soon, your great fan Max🤘🏼
Blimey. First I'd heard from Neil and the Horse in a few years and it's ace. Like Mark Knopfler reminiscing over a deliciously mellowish slowburner a la Dave Gilmour circa On An Island. The whole stars in the sky glow and see us plus the soul window opening slowly is sublime. Welcome back indeed Mr Neil.
The Stars in the sky shine for you to Neil, you are Not old, you are the voice from many Generation. I'm 55years old and i love your Sound. For ever, God bless you. Love Britta🍀💕🙏💕
Thank you Mr. Neil Young and your horsemen. I desperately needed that. This old man understands. Welcome back, made me feel at home for a change. Brought a tear to my eye. Thank you.

Where would so many of us be without the music, performance and presence of our own Neil Young. Oh, and his beyond bitchen guitar strap, with doves and peace symbols? Yeah, its out there. Bought one love it. Keep the faith, Neil. Still rockin in the.free world!
A real window to the soul, connected into the core of my heart.Yep, pure healing is running to my veins. That's what these blood brothers in music do to me, just like the whispering from the stars.

Nils is one of the great unsung heroes. I remember seeing him turn somersaults off his little trampoline (without missing a note) over 45 years ago - don't suppose he still does that, but he's always been a mighty fine player and is the perfect foil for Neil here.

Couldnt agree more

@@AlterNihilist danke für die liebe Nachricht 🤘🏼😊
@@justanotherguy1794 yeah i did not knew that one
I'm 54, and am so in love with everything Neil Young. So grateful for an entire week of Neil Young on Sirius XM!!!
Don't know why he doesn't have a permanent channel especially compared to some that do.
I'm 35 and Neil Young and the Horses stop me in my steps every time, unreal
Absolutely stunning. Confirming his living legend status and still very relevant.
Thank you Mr. Neil Young and your horsemen. I desperately needed that. This old man understands. Welcome back, made me feel at home for a change. Brought a tear to my eye. Thank you.
God, I keep being astounded by Neil's work; so moving, it opens so deep, so beautiful, so powerful, so real. Thank you. And what a band! Love.
Best song for a very long time. Big Neil fan. Was on a concert in Copenhagen. Had a fever 40 degrees. It was the absolute best consert I ever seen. Magic! King Neil!
This is an absolute masterpiece 💕
Neil & the Guitar Slinger, feedback heaven, thank you gents, background to my life
Damnnn beautiful creators 🙌🙌🙌
Where would so many of us be without the music, performance and presence of our own Neil Young. Oh, and his beyond bitchen guitar strap, with doves and peace symbols? Yeah, its out there. Bought one love it. Keep the faith, Neil. Still rockin in the.free world!
Really beautiful! There is no mistaking Neil's guitar. No one else.
So thrilled to the sneak peeks, done well.
No other person plays or sounds like NY
@@williamparish32 Agreed!
Yes and no matter which guitar he chooses
I'm glad people still appreciate this sound and the beauty of Neil's healing music
This IS so lovin'real...oh gosh 💙💙💙🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻
Ohhh man, this filled a spot in my heart I didn't know was empty.neil your the man!
A real window to the soul, connected into the core of my heart.Yep, pure healing is running to my veins. That's what these blood brothers in music do to me, just like the whispering from the stars.
Thank you Neil for everything! You have made my life better, and crazy horse is a part of it as well!!
Wow Epic . Beautiful Ssong from the Goat Neil Young.
Crazy Horse, the best four concerts I’ve been to in my life. Don’t spook the Horse.
The way it is stripped back forces you to listen to every part they are all playing, absolutely brilliant. In particular the musicality of Nils Lofgren is unbelievable. Seriously folks, you wait years to watch something as good as this!
Neil never changes. What a beast. One of the greats.
music to hear with the soul
So thankful to be able to hear your latest work. Wishing you peace in the present moment Neil.
Merci à Papa qui en 84' me faisait découvrir 4 WAY STREET et 38 parcmètres plus loin je suis encore dans cette rue🪕🎻. Merci NEIL.
Blow me away--- " stars in the sky - see how we are " and they see and hear how great Neil Young is ...welcome back !!!!!!!!!!He never loose his connection to the real
so so true lyrics so simple yet so thought provoking and calming in the time!
Two things that haven't changed in over fifty years. Neil Youngs voice and his guitar sound.
Although his politics sometimes leaves something to be desired!
or his brilliant mind.
And it's wonderful!
Definitely this sounds like it could have been on Zuma and there ain’t a damn thing wrong with that.
This song is pretty powerful for a Neil Young song. Makes you reflect on the last and present. Welcome back it’s not the same the shade is just you blinking.
Thnx man I love the new and the old so thanks for helping me in from the cold to feel again, to live again, I don't want to die today so I pray for us ALL~.Welcome Back you never really went away so I say~
So happy to see one of my absolute rock heroes still standing tall creating musical magic! God bless you Neil, the most consistent rock star of all!
Neil Young you are a fuckin mad man ,this is crazy .there is only one man that comes close to you
55 years and I never get sick of you ,keep going till I leave
Nils is one of the great unsung heroes. I remember seeing him turn somersaults off his little trampoline (without missing a note) over 45 years ago - don't suppose he still does that, but he's always been a mighty fine player and is the perfect foil for Neil here.
not since he had his hips replaced. Took up tap dancing though, just not with Neil.
We still have Neil Young and Crazy Horse keeping the demons at bay. This song is haunting, welcome back ... it's not the same, food for thought.
Thank you Neil
Thank you so much for your music
Thank you
🙏🏽
My 18 yr old granddaughter got this wake-up music sent from me today... Hope for the world will prevail. Thanks Neil and Crazy Horse. I'm welcomed back and so is she.
This is so good. Close your eyes and think back to when the pandemic shut us all down, and then where we are at today. This captures the moments brilliantly. It’s not the same… Love you Neil!
How the (....) can you sound the same like your first song. No bullshit and so on. Just stay/keep authentic. Thank you sir.
This is really nice. I still remember having coffee with Nils and talking about his first band Grin. That was some great music.
Nils has had an amazing career: lots of great stuff on his own and a key sideman for two top tier hall of famers
This song is so RAD🔥🔥 It reminds me of a past relationship I had with someone..the music just MOVES you❤❤
Hello 👋 nancy
How’re you doing.
Thanks for this comment, I'm nothing without fans like you who appreciate my musical craftiness
It's nice meeting you here.
Listened and watched it twice, missed a zoom meeting. Good to be back Neil. Loved it. Stirring.
I was was having a senior moment (good one) tonight remembering 1968-76 living about 5 miles from Kent State, then in army, then never really back. A truly Awesome and Horrific time for me and yet there is a smile on my face. I saw this tonight and can only say... Thanks!
