I love all videos about the Sith they are the best villains in all of Star Wars history and for the next lore video please make one on all Sith apprentices please love this channel
It is really really interesting to think about the old sith and how they used the dark side unlike other dark side species they did not fully destroy themselves till they were influenced by the dark Jedi but now I wonder how do you think someone like starkiller or mall would be treated by them?
Perhaps as fools and dangers, they let their emotions overwhelm them and try to control the force instead of living in harmony with it. They have no respect for the Sith community and only seek personal power.
@ even so the power they wielded is grater then most of the dark Jedi that subjugated them not to mention if they were seen as gods to the sith. then we may had seen the early coming of the one they thought would be “Typhojem” in the flesh especially with how easily the two could use the force and how they inflicted their will onto it
Let’s go kicking off Monday with a bang awesome video Stupendous I’m always a sucker for these Sith lore videos and just can’t get enough of them great job
Topic idea: I’d like to know more about the sith that got excelled from korban for keeping this lighter side thinking of the dark side. What happened to them
This is good, a stark contrast to the jedi. Both sides embodied harmony with the force but got corrupted in the end. This is the jedi counterpart video I was looking for. Very intriguing that the ancient sith viewed the force this way. 👍🏾👍🏾
This is fascinating, the pureblood species weren’t bending the force to their will but only use it for ritual purposes. This doesn’t sound too bad, but the fallen Jedi had to make things worst. And what led them to become sith.
The more you look into how the force is used/ seen by people in universe, the more it seems less like light/ dark and more like a mirror. Jedi treat it like a friend, it helps them without asking anything in return. Sith (the order) treat it like a slave to be beaten into submission, and it gives them the power they demand whilst forcing them to obey it right back by being addictive. Sith (the species) saw it as a natural ordered power, and the force bahved as such. Of course, out of universe it is just a plot device and acts however the writers need it to xD
Wow, I didn't know about the purebloods, something new I learned. They remind me of the nightsisters in regards to rituals and have a community. This is fascinating as the purebloods used the dark side of the force to make things better for them. So is it truly the dark side of the force or something less dark?
Perhaps there’s only the force and the way you approach it is the difference, if you live in harmony with it you follow the ‘light side’ and if you try to control it you follow the ‘dark side’
It’s fascinating that the Jedi themselves warped the force so thoroughly. By the clone era they had disassociated with emotion and life in general to such a degree that their chosen one wiped them out just like he would the sith. The original sith and dark side were warped into a plague of violence not only resulting in the extinction of their sith race buts it religion for it had warped the dark side into something it wasnt. In a very messed up way, Anakin did a hard reset. He took out the Jedi, the Sith, and even put down the Ones. Whether he wanted to or not the force was going to make him do his task to remove what warped the forces intentions.
Darth Tonder practiced Sith alchemy differently than the empire... He lived in the Vega system on the planet Oada... In the #TDBank temple and the card in his possession enhanced his life and abilities...
George lucas mentions The force and the force users who use the "darkside" fueled by by anger, and other negative feelings to use it as to dominate or what the future Sith lords did except for the ones in the purebloods, that is what the force is attempting to stop, the force doesn't want someone like a power-hungry person to bend it's will, it's basically similar to a sith stealing a piece of a puzzle or a Sith bites and lightly pulls with their hands against like clay yet another person in progress or complete the shape; for example Anakin was created to a response to two specific sith bending the force to unleash power. Still, We know that The avatars of the true Jedi are immensely beneficial. For the force it doesn't mind that the jedi use all of it's abilities related to it's side as long as it's flow through and around people without interference it doesn't mind, and it shows appreciation to it's person like Qui-gon, Obi-wan, Grandmaster Luke and his students etc. by allowing it to manifest more immense abilities oriented to their alignment. Someone who let's the force flow through themselves can do feats like Obi-wan Kenobi can complete on Utapau against the 4 bladed attacker of General Grievous.
I consistently tell my friends that not all Sith are your enemies. We are creatures of passion. For some, that passion leads to destruction, for others it leads to building. There are those of us that work towards a balance, and the Force is our ally and provides guidance.

@@DarthSardukar as in what??? I've seen those years ago, and looking back at it, Lego star wars is as goofy of a comedy show as robot chicken -except it's family friendly-
Not sure if this was was ever explained fully, but I never saw the force itself as having a light or dark side, I think that the way the force is used determines whether the light or dark side is being used. Seems like the early Sith were interested in the raw force, maybe it only later on became known as the dark side because of the way it was used.
I've found that the Sith have five distinct eras with each with different forms and philosophies. the mystic era, the jen'ari era, the runic era, the bainite era and the legacy era. the mystic era as described in this video. fallowed by the jen'ari era a Magocracy started by Ajunta Pal and culminated with and destroyed by Darth Vitiate. a few centuries later the Sith would be be rebuilt by darth Ruin in the image of the jen'ari but lacking the secret of true Sith sorcery and even more individualistic and ultimately even more decentralized then the mystic era. Lord Khan would attempt to bring unity by introducing equality but Darth Bane insured that was short lived leading into his bainite era culminating in darth sidious but his failure to find and train a suitable apprentice before his death would bring this era to an end. the legacy era was defined primarily by several conflicting Sith ideologies over how the order should move forward although Darth Krayt's one Sith seemed to win out for a time but his death would dissolve his order and efforts to return to the rule of two would lead the Sith to apparent extinction.
If the jedi order themself had encounterd the sith and i wonder what would have happend, would the jedi have keept a close watch on them but mostly left them alone or would something else have happend? the jedi order back then was completly different than during the clone wars, and i dont think the clone war jedi attempted to destroy all darkside cults etc either. and with the pureblood siths belifes it mgiht be considerd a cult or something in that regard and not something that would be needed to be destroyed right away. Also Topic Request. what happend to the lost tribe of the sith afther the abaloth cricis was finished? is this something that is known??
Were these ancient Sith also aware of the light side of the force? Because the fact that they refer to it as "the dark side" implies that they know of the light side as well - otherwise they would just call it "the force" or some unique term of their own.
The dark jedi’s interference is proof that even in real life, it only takes one person’s selfish ways to make someone else turn into something they promised they wouldn’t be (personal experience btw)
You might find the lore from the video game destiny pretty interesting stupendouswave. As a long time Star Wars fan I myself enjoy the lore ever single I found the game. Just a thought
I love Star wars as much as any of you is reflection of society this is the way that they act towards us believing they are above us the light side is a reflection of God this is why God makes the weak powerful and this is why the Star wars doors are so intriguing because they relate to life on the spiritual level
Palpetines empire would of been much better internally if it followed the structure of the ancient pure blood Sith and not the later Sith who thrived on usurping each other
@@TheStupendousWave if memory serves, pre-Disney anyway, they'd pretty much vanished by the time of the Brotherhood of Darkness due to breeding with humans over the generations. I think there were 4 or 5 subspecies of Sith when Ajunta Pall and his Dark Jedi arrived on Korriban, including the Kissai and the Massassai types. Not sure if any of the Lost Tribe Sith were technically Purebloods by the time Luke and Ben Skywalker ran into them, but I didn't read Fate of the Jedi
If you are a George Lucas purist I recommend Star Wars Theory, I love George and cover his lore often but here we also like to explore the entirely of EU lore. Here I look at Star Wars more as a mythology than one created by a sole source although this goes without being said but my love for George Lucas is immense.

Even more at when it's "the bad guys only bad because the good guys were mean to them. This somehow manages to rock both of those boxes. For Vader is one thing but for the entire sith is just stupid
FOr George Lucas he only mentions the force is against the darkside since the force sensitives start to misuse to use anger etc. it corrupted the user, Still the force didn't antagonize them.

Please please please please make a video on the supreme maker my master I beg you🙏
I wonder if Brandon Sanderson took inspiration from the original Sith for the Parshendi in the Stormlight Archives series...

Alright, that guy looks awesome 😅 like a Fiery, Dark Side Demigod
I’m really digging these fantastic artwork lately. They’re incredibly detailed, diverse and stylistic
make a video on why the original 12 dark jedi were banished
The dark jedi’s interference is proof that even in real life, it only takes one person’s selfish ways to make someone else turn into something they promised they wouldn’t be (personal experience btw)
How could any Star wars fan not force press the like
Hello there!
I maintain the with aren’t evil. Not in and of their philosophy. I don’t like that Star Wars fans want them to be
This reminds of how the English introduced alcohol to the indiginous Native Americans.
Very interesting
You might find the lore from the video game destiny pretty interesting stupendouswave. As a long time Star Wars fan I myself enjoy the lore ever single I found the game. Just a thought
That’s what I’ve heard, maybe I’ll check it out, thanks for the recommendation.
I love Star wars as much as any of you is reflection of society this is the way that they act towards us believing they are above us the light side is a reflection of God this is why God makes the weak powerful and this is why the Star wars doors are so intriguing because they relate to life on the spiritual level
WHAT
If you look at the rule of two it was far more similar structure to the sith race castes but some changed
*thumps above heart twice with closed fist*
Palpetines empire would of been much better internally if it followed the structure of the ancient pure blood Sith and not the later Sith who thrived on usurping each other
KETSA GOOO
What happened to the sith pure bloods? Where did they go? why don't we see them?
@@ebonybumpers3533 Researching this for a script right now actually!
I loved reading about the true wielders of the dark side force.
Stupendous wave is better then the movies.......
Let’s goooooooooooo!!!!!!!!❤
Fun fact:The Sithurai and Jedai order were real 😉😏
Human beings will find a way to bastardize anything You've been in Star Wars lower. They found a way to bastardize the dark side 😂😂
I’m new to this channel but did George Lucas mention this on a interview or podcast? or is it your assumption
If you are a George Lucas purist I recommend Star Wars Theory, I love George and cover his lore often but here we also like to explore the entirely of EU lore. Here I look at Star Wars more as a mythology than one created by a sole source although this goes without being said but my love for George Lucas is immense.
@ I'm new to Star Wars that’s why and I wasn’t too sure if this was canon or not but this was an awesome video to watch✊🏾🤙🏾
Oh would ya look at that. ANOTHER aspect of The Force that The Jedi corrupted with their arrogance.
Always the damn Jedis fault
The Sith are NOT evil , we are misunderstood .
Again the Jedi creates darkness until Luke took over in Lucas canon and legends Canon. Even the sith before dark Jedi were balanced.
Day 703 of asking for a part 3 of what if anakin was trained by qui gon
I hate troops like this "let's retcon the bad guys to make them innately good people who are victims of circumstance." Even more at when it's "the bad guys only bad because the good guys were mean to them. This somehow manages to rock both of those boxes.
For Vader is one thing but for the entire sith is just stupid
I can't belive the views are so low STAR WARS IS MANDATORY
Long live the Sith
So the Christian influence on the Celtic religions 😎
FOr George Lucas he only mentions the force is against the darkside since the force sensitives start to misuse to use anger etc. it corrupted the user, Still the force didn't antagonize them.
❤😂❤😂❤😂❤😂
F=AM ❤
So sounds like they were right all along, funny.
bravoooo
(original) Sith did nothing wrong!
In short, the jedi ruin everything. Again.
From my point of view the Jedi are evil
Evil is a point of view
✌🏼🔥🔥🫡
Jedi fools
How far they fell
This feels like yet another creation of someone who just want to be cool and use the word "dark side" while having no idea what that even means. -_-
