You confused me with different back pictures. You showed 3 different pictures with totally different design for the back. One of them for the pajero sport not the regular pajero which I believe may (again may) be discontinued.

@MPCar68 Hello there ! 🙋♂️ I own 2 Pajeros, a 1th generation 2500 turbodiesel-intercooler, and a second generation 3500 , 24 valve, V6 petrol, bought both new in 1990 and 1999. The first and second generations were the best Pajeros. They were real 4x4 off roaders and not luxury show SUV. So Mitsubishi should look at the older models they have made, retro look is booming (see the all new Landcruiser Prado 1958 edition). In my country, the Netherlands, we pay a lot of consumer taxes on a new vehicle, specially on diesel or petrol engines, because of th high CO2 output. So, in my country, a new Pajero should have a full electric engine / fuel cell engine / elecric engine with range extender / PHEV . Without electrification, no chance here in Europe ! Problem is that 4x4 cars with electric engines need big battery-packs, and the car will become very heavy, for example the new Mercedes G580 weight is 3100 kgs, or a Yangwang U8 weight is 3500 kgs. Heavy car is not good for off-roading, and also in my country, we must pay more road tax for heavy vehicles. Maybe the experimental solid-state battery could be a solution for that....🙄 I hope Mitsubishi comes with a new serious 4x4 off-roader Pajero, I would buy one ! (but I will keep my 2 old Pajeros too, they are great oldtimers ! 👍)
