I thoroughly like /enjoy mine ( got it last year just before the war ) throws a mass spark - sharp outta the box - I blued mine and then fired - sanded the handles then oiled - it has become one of my favorite blades ... Good review - sub left - GOD bless

@@gustifer0311 cyclone would also be a cool handle 😎 I put a patina on 2 of my Mora knives - looks cool, but it does not glide through whatever you slice like an original surface does.
@@cylentone an interesting observation! I noticed a significant difference after I did mine and was wondering if I had just improperly sharpened it!

Love my 1066 CS BPS B-1 Spearpoint I think it's a better Bushcraft knife then the Adventurer. The thing drills holes like a drill bit 👍.
However if you're into splitting wood with your knife definitely go with the Adventurer.
If you're looking for more of a camp food prep/utility knife get the BPS Savage 👍.
But whatever you choose, make sure you get the 1066 carbon steel version, don't get there stainless steel👎.
Man I love my BPS1! It’s my daily ! I just got the HKS1? Is in the mail last night! Looking forward to trying it out as well!!! But yeah, the bs1 is awesome! I love how my adventurer easily blast sparks though!
@@gustifer0311 Ok your daily is the BPS Knives BS1) it's very similar to the (B1). I think yours is more of a classic style spearpoint, and the B1 is more like the Condor bushlore style of a spearpoint.

If I could recommend one knife for you to pick up right now that would have to be the petrified fish havrog, absolute banger for $50 or less on sale, feels like a $150 kizer
