I've been seeing this technique! It's sooo neat! I hope I can do it and it's not an epic fail! Lol. Can you show us this technique using word dies...you just explain things so well! Thanks!
Ok, I just googled stamp runner.. I apologize for my lack of knowledge here, but I'm learning! So it's just adhesive dots that you use?? And then you can easily remove them without damaging anything?? I'll hop on Amazon now and get one, I'm sure I can find other things to use it for... I hope... Thanks for getting back to me ~
Hi there. I have a quick question for you. What kind of temporary double sided tape did you use when you placed the candles over the stamp to restamp? I used a DST and I had a heck of a time getting the candle off without disfiguring the shape of it... Thank you so much for posting these very doable videos. I'm brand new to card making and I love that I can actually make this!!
Misty Elam i used a little of my stamp runner. i ALWAYS recommend an adhesive that puts down small dots of adhesive instead of a solid line. easier to move.
I love this technique. I have never seen anything like it. It makes the card so dimensional I have a question Jennifer......I have been working on organizing my stamps and dies just like you do, with the exception of a bunch of stamps that no longer have the carrier sheet (so I just stamped an image on the white background cardstock) and an ton stamps that I have no idea who is the manufacturer. So, here's the question..... How do you keep track of the stamps and dies that you currently own so you don't duplicate them when purchasing at an expo, or at a store??? I know if I'm home I can go look and see what I have before ordering online, but when I'm not home, how do I know if I have the die or stamp set? I have hundreds of stamps and dies.
This gives me all the justification that I needed to get the Misti and the new candle dies from Memory Box. Not sure whether to thank you or cry for my poor bank account. lol
Jennifer McGuire Ink Thanks Jennifer! I saw your video about the quill bottles earlier this evening. Sorry I didn't get back to you to say "disregard." -Sterling

Hey, Jennifer, I love your videos. Thank you for the inspiration. You often cut your mounting tape, How do you keep the sticky off your scissors?
Connie Woldstad She uses non-stick scissors. She has the Tim Holtz scissors I believe and I have the non-stick scissors from Fiskars.
Connie Woldstad this particular type of foam tape doesn't leave sticky on my scissors
Very clever:) thanks for sharing:))

cool card. When I use the wink of stella, it seems to rub off a bit. How can I prevent this from happening?
