I made the dough in advance and kept it refrigerated for a day. Made all 3 variations. My family felt they were in a pizzeria. Very delicious, but the crust tasted even better after 2 days in the fridge.

I love cognac or brandy with mushrooms as well. You don't need a lot, but it enhances mushrooms when served with meats in sauces or gravy.👵🕯️🕊️

I love mushrooms pizza I just love mushrooms in general but when that mushroom pizza came out of the pan I heard the Chris and the crunch of the pizza dough . So yummy I wish I was there so I can have a piece of the crunchy pizza

She didn't use sugar in activating the yeast or any oil in the dough. I always thought these were required...
The yeast feeds on the carbs (sugar) in the flour. That’s how classic breads like a French baguette is made - nothing but flour, yeast, water and salt. 🥖

OK Martha, this is the first recipe that has not worked for me. I think you are using a 1/2 cup not a whole cup. I mixed this and it came out like a ball of lead. Are you saying one cup and meaning one half a cup? i looked at your written recipe and I got it right buy this dough would know someone out, it's a hard ball. I had to add another cup of water and well see if it works. This is very disapointing.
It depends how you’re measuring your flour. You can’t scoop it out of the bag. You need to use a scale, and if you don’t have a scale you need to spoon it into your measuring cup and then level it with a knife for a accurate measurement. Hope that helps!

She’s trying to make it accessible to average viewers. 00 flour is hard to find in US markets, often has to be ordered online unless you’re in a larger city with gourmet or European markets.
