- They finally got both sides running again! They’re definitely still working out the kinks on the newer forward facing sides, as it broke down a few times, but I’m sure they’ll figure it out. Forward is hands down my favorite :)

They took it out in 2011.

Definitely worth going back to do forwards, I think it’s more thrilling that way

Viper is def my fave in the park, it might not be the newest, smoothest, or tallest ride in the park but it’s definitely the most fun, and it’s my personal no1, keeping in mind I’ve only been to knotts and magic mountain
What made you move tatsu below x2?
I love Viper too! I think it’s heavily underrated for its age. It’s not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I only put Tatsu lower because at the time I hadn’t gone on X2 yet, but then I did and it changed my opinion. Still in my top 5 for this park though
What's with the whistling on the facing forward side? Sounds like a small jet. I think SFMM needs to install solar panels and build that energy up to launch both side up to 104!
I think it may be the new wheels, but I’m not too sure. I noticed the opposite side doesn’t make that sound. Solar panels around the park would be awesome!
They did work with Intamin last year and installed new LSMs and used some other parts fron Tower of Terror to ensure it reaches 100Mph and now consistently reaches the red section
Doesn’t hurt ears? I heard it’s loudest coaster ever.

I love drop of doom!! It’s been closed for a few months, but I haven’t been back recently so I hope it’s back up and running. My favorite drop tower :D
Is tatsu still closed?
Yes. On my last visit I saw employees in the station, but I’m not sure what that means. I hope it opens soon too!
