- It's been a while since I last saw reinforcements that I almost forgot about them.
The chapter has a "sidequest", which is basically to have someone step on the fort tile "switch" in front of the village to make the bridges reappear. You can also choose to ignore it and go to the top instead, or both for good measure.
Since the game is pretty lenient to players so far, I just went for the switch to get it going. There is also an axe unit, Liss, to recruit, she's pretty decent, so have Aderyn move to the left.
For the boss, he's a general, there's the anti-armor option, but I just use magic on mostly everything. Kara, as always, steals the show when I want to train someone else.

Magic is really everything.
I really really love tactics room. It is so beginner friendly and first time friendly too. Knowing that there is a reinforcement is such a great deal.
On next chapter, deploy Lucas to talk his sister, Ella. Located on the west left top, go within few calvary and troubador units, rescue her before it's too late a few turn. On turn 10. enemy will appear at the south, which start spawn, of course at the main entrance. Only enemy calvaries will rush at you. None of the promoted units move unless you're in range against lvl 8 Great Knights and Warrior. Oh and Magnus, the halberdier; only Aderyn will recruit on Chapter 23 later on, but do not engage. they're tough. Need Magnus alive.
That "Worm" Dark Magic tome is from Radiant Dawn. I remember. 😊
So the mages and George finally get good levels, at the expense of most everyone else. Balanced, as all things should be :^
But of course the one time someone gets suspicious and doesn't buy what another says at face value, it's bad for us-
Luca has dialogue next chapter I believe
35:49 Finally a woman can carry a grown man without any horse's help.
In the next chapter you'll get another mage named Ella (the girl in the ending cut-scene). I have always preferred Damien to her. She's a lot like Lilina from FE6: high damage, low speed. She pretty much never got to the point where she doubled enemies, so Damien always out performed her.
they really exaggerated how threatening the reinforcements were
Wait, they're all F2U portraits?
Always has been 🔫
The boss is literally just Don from Journeys (or is Don this guy from Justice and Pride?)
Siaoz: "magic is everything, Kara is stealing the show"
Trust me, once you start obtaining relics and promoting/getting promoted magic users, it gets a bit ridiculous.
Kara's a billion times better than Sophia from FE 6. 😂
