Performance is rough so far. Even setting FSR to performance or lower didn't improve the FPS much. Timestamps and Settings: 00:00 30w 720p FSR3 Quality Frame gen On, Feels bad but somehow better than when its off 😂 03:14 Full Settings AUTO VRAM 03:29 30w 720P FSR3 Quality NO Frame Gen, Feels terrible 04:18 More Frame gen gameplay
So much screen tearing, it's manageable so far, hopefully improve on release. Playing these on handhelds is pretty fun and convenient. But i want to upgrade from my steam deck.
😂 yea that annoys me, my capture card doesn't have VRR. There is no screen tearing on the Ally Screen. The Ally X would probably be the best upgrade for you.
@TechHarmonic yeah, it's so tempting. I'll wait and see how the Arc GPUs handle and decide from there. $800 is too much at the moment. The z1E or Claw got my eyes right now
Seems like X won't save you either, I didn't manage to make AFMF2 works (whatever I configure it says it can't activate with in game options), and FSR3 is... horrible, the artifacts are horrendous for now. The highest I could achieve is 40-45 FPS with frame generation enabled and in 1600x900, but it was a fairly bad experience due to the strong artifacts making the fight a bit messy. I'm not sure if it's an optimisation problem. To achieve 40-45 fps I must take options which make it uglier than MH World at 50-55 fps stable. But well, this is a beta, let's hope for a miracle.

@justjoe1071 Z1E is good too on sale. The Claw you have to research that the games you like play on it.

A lot of people are unhappy with the performance on PC so I think there's a chance they put extra time into optimizing the game before launch.
how about z1e
From the videos I've seen It also runs poorly on the Z1 Extreme, I don't have one to test it myself though.
It runs smooth on z extreme
@ pls give me the settings :3
@@trunganhtran4326 youtube is the key look other vids on how they run wilds on z1E.
Is this normal or extreme ?
It's the normal one.
@@TechHarmonicI'm glad your around to awser questions like this I was worried it wouldn't run at all 😅
lol same, I think the full game will perform better.
that's unplayable 🥺
True, I hope it plays better at launch.
