Hopefully the thais will keep it alive, the Islamisation of Malaysia, Indonesia, Southern Thailand, the way minorities and women are being treated like second class citizens is such contrast to Buddhism which looks for inner peace and enlightenment. Hold onto this and don't dismantle the religious structures of society to give way for nefarious religions and cult like religions

Why monks eat meat when bhudha said.... Ahimsa, Karuna..in English non voilance, mercy on all living beings.
