One thing I love about Robobot is what they did with Meta Knight specifically in the scene when he was first seen as MECHA Knight. The fact that Kirby actually took a few steps back at the reveal of Mecha Knight shows how terrified the pink puffball was at seeing one of his closest friends be turned into a mindless machine. Kirby knows Meta Knight is a powerful ally but he’s also a Deadly Foe and this scene shows it. By taking those small steps back Kirby is pretty much saying “They Got Meta Knight?!? This is bad!” It’s the little details that I like in games and this one really takes the cake.
Fun fact: After beating Dark Matter clone and Sectonia clone, you can see for a brief second their true forms: Dark Matter= The black blob with yellow spheres around his body Sectonia= Her original form before getting trapped in the mirror world

However, when he got her a gift of a mirror to confess his love but it turned out to be a cursed mirror world mirror. As sectonia looked into it she began slowly getting possessed by the evil entities from the mirror world, presumably similar to dark mind, and the more she looked into it the more her original personality was vanished and replaced with cruelty/darkness. She became the queen sectonia we know. Taranza still loves her though and even through her change he still follows her. In star allies as a dream friend, taranza is searching for a cure for sectonia or a way to find her original soul in the mirror world.
This was probably my first Kirby game ever, and oh boy did I pick a good one. Awesome soundtrack to listen to while I attempted the True Arena night after night.

Kirby Planet Robobot is easily my favorite Kirby game, and probably my favorite 3DS game. It’s a tough call, considering the 3DS also has Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, Super Smash Bros. 3DS, Pokemon X, Y, Sun, and Moon, Mario Kart 7, and Fire Emblem Awakening.

I love the references to the previous games. From the Dedede and D3 fight being a version of the original boss music, the dark matter and Sectonia clones (and music), Mecha Knight +'s boss music sounding like Miracle Matter. It's really cool. Though, I find it interesting how the first move with the second phase of the Star Dream soul fight is taken from StarFox (also, Nova being a gigantic pocket-watch).
President Haltmann is like the only Kirby character who was completely erased from existence (both life and soul), it's dark as fuck, he didn't deserve such a cruel fate.

watching this boss again made me think... at what point do you stop fighting star dream snd start fighting the nova? my interpretation of the lore is that haltmann co. stole one of the novas and built a shell over it, putting its sentience to sleep and repurposing it into a ship/base star dream and nova are separate entities when star dream attaches to the ship, at first, you are fighting star dream controlling the ship but i think breaking the shell on the face awakens the nova, causing it to regain control of itself and kick out star dream from the wheel in the star dream soul os boss fight, when the nova sucks you up and you fight that heart core thing inside, thats clearly not part of star dream its the nova's core this is hinted at by how the theme and the first phase of the boss are omages to the galactic nova fight from kirby super star
Perhaps the Nova sucked in Kirby to permanently end Star Dream's threat? Like the core is corrupted by Star Dream, so the Nova in its last attempt to stop the thing that is trying to control it inhaled Kirby so he could destroy the Nova and Star Dream with it.
Joshua Atkeson true. Having a Galacta Knight fight is kind of a staple at this point, which I’m fine with since he’s my second favorite character. But his fight needed to be more unique. As for Sectonia, the only good thing about that fight is the lore implications. Robobot is my favorite Kirby game from the 3DS, and I might even like it better than Star Allies. Some bosses, Like Star Dream and Clanky Woods were amazing, but others, like Holo Defense API, Haltmann, Mecha Knight +, and unfortunately Star Dream Soul OS’s last phase are unoriginal. And while I agree with you, it definitely hurts the game I still love it.
Giana Williams Hammer is the most powerful normal ability. So he should use Archer or Stone or maybe no ability and take no damage from anybody. Star projectiles deal good damage, which is better than most of the abilities.

I actually beat the true arena and got my first actual 💯 % on my first Kirby game!
You got to love the true arena that they added to later games, it gives a challenge, and normally a reward of a special soul boss at the end.
I died at the last attack in the true arena

this was my first kirby game and i actually 100% it and when i did i felt like i achieved a goal in life, idk it felt really good cuz this game so was good and definitely top 10 3ds game of all time

I love Kirby Planet Robobot! I think it has the best music out of all Kirby games. I would love a Switch port one day :)
I like Kirby planet robobot for the gameplay, but personally, I like the Kirby mass attack soundtrack better.
Also given it's age, I don't think that planet robobot would be at that point where it would get a remake of port, though I do hope that they remake kirby and the amazing mirror.

watching this boss again made me think... at what point do you stop fighting star dream snd start fighting the nova?
my interpretation of the lore is that haltmann co. stole one of the novas and built a shell over it, putting its sentience to sleep and repurposing it into a ship/base
star dream and nova are separate entities
when star dream attaches to the ship, at first, you are fighting star dream controlling the ship
but i think breaking the shell on the face awakens the nova, causing it to regain control of itself and kick out star dream from the wheel
in the star dream soul os boss fight, when the nova sucks you up and you fight that heart core thing inside, thats clearly not part of star dream
its the nova's core
this is hinted at by how the theme and the first phase of the boss are omages to the galactic nova fight from kirby super star
Perhaps the Nova sucked in Kirby to permanently end Star Dream's threat?
Like the core is corrupted by Star Dream, so the Nova in its last attempt to stop the thing that is trying to control it inhaled Kirby so he could destroy the Nova and Star Dream with it.

Joshua Atkeson true. Having a Galacta Knight fight is kind of a staple at this point, which I’m fine with since he’s my second favorite character. But his fight needed to be more unique. As for Sectonia, the only good thing about that fight is the lore implications. Robobot is my favorite Kirby game from the 3DS, and I might even like it better than Star Allies. Some bosses, Like Star Dream and Clanky Woods were amazing, but others, like Holo Defense API, Haltmann, Mecha Knight +, and unfortunately Star Dream Soul OS’s last phase are unoriginal. And while I agree with you, it definitely hurts the game I still love it.

No. I dare him to do The True Arena without an ability and he can't take damage.
Giana Williams Hammer is the most powerful normal ability.
So he should use Archer or Stone or maybe no ability and take no damage from anybody. Star projectiles deal good damage, which is better than most of the abilities.
