    New subscriber here. I've been a Festool user for 10 years or so - they're a quality company that pays its employees well (hence the higher price), makes amazing tools (again, hence the higher prices), AND stands behind their tools (again, hence...). To develop a relationship with them early in your journey is an amazing opportunity for you. Stick with quality and you'll never regret it.

      I agree with you! When I buy any tool from Festool I know that I can rely on their quality and communication. I’m grateful for the relationship I have with them :-)

    Feedback, since you asked. First, fantastic editing. "Seamless" as they say. Second, your content is not lacking at all. Not that you asked, but hey! The last two sections, especially the "Bloopers" adds quite a bit for audience appreciation. Finally, you make mention of the brains behind the video production. The "My partner" this or that seemed to be getting overused, In my humble opinion. Nice Work Don! You guys are on an upward trajectory, which includes the lean times, the tough times, and so on. Keep Going!

      Ahhh, thank you so much!!! Your feedback is heard!!! By both Don and myself 😁 I think the “my partner” thing is just a habit I’d established while working as a Woodshop supervisor in Chicago - I’ll keep it in mind :-)

    When Festool shows the new tabletop saw, I also said wow. But when thinking about, I think the saw is very small for workshop and building site and there is no cable version. But the features are very great. I would prefer this features at the TKS 80.

      Yesssss, I agreee!!! 😁🙌 So cool though that they incorporated so many features into such a tiny package!

    If you use a fixed 45 degree reference there is no room for error. If the proposition is to pay $2000+ to avoid using a fixed angle reference, then wood working may not be the hobby/job for that person.

    • @ClarasWoodshop
      @ClarasWoodshop  5 месяцев назад

      Is this in regards to the portable table saw? If so, I can understand your point - Ultimately, I think it comes down to a matter of preference.
