Him and lonzo are just going through it with injury. Both of them being high value defenders with offensive upside. It sucks that injuries play a part to players with good upside because you know without it they will at worst be above average starters or fringe all stars.
JI will be alright. These are not setbacks, they are setups. He will come back strong. Maybe not with the Magic but with a team that needs a good role player to get them over the hump for a championship run.
its crazy because he is still only 25.. these players get drafted so young but can be out the league by 24. Dennis Smith Jr is a good example of that. it seems so long ago when he was playing but hes still so young.. can't give up on these guys so fast.

Seems like he's a bench player at best at this point. He can only be relied on for a few minutes per game before he's broken again. The magic aren't relying on him any longer after drafting his replacement in Paolo and Franz.
@floridaboyadam if I'm so wrong why don't you elaborate? How many times did he play more than 20 minutes? He's a forward same as Paolo & Franz who's he replacing? His contract wasn't even fully garunteed because they knew how unlikely it would be that he actually played a full season. All the ability he has means nothing if he has no AVAIL=ABILITY.
That's your take? If he was a loud supporter of Bernie, you would be more sympathetic? If so, I would suggest Isaac is perfectly positioned to be on the opposite side from you on any and all issues.

A bulls fan said the Magic are going nowhere this year? Good call. JI is the best defender in the league. He can play all 3 frontcourt positions, so, although he doesn't start, and we have 3 good centers, he finishes close games at center. He's only 25.
Thoughts: A- He forced himself to play despite "feeling well" but in reality he's in poor physical condition B- The org forced himself to play MAYBE knowing he's really not yet fully up to speed and needs TONS and TONS of conditioning C- His genetics; his body - is just not built for the NBA which needs a heavy duty, durable player
Most likely C, the amount of conditioning he went through was nuts and was even on a tiny mins restriction. plus he had two different injuries so i doubt its him playing on a damaged muscle (could be likely though)

Jonathan and Chuma's time in ORL is up. I like both of them but they're not getting their fair start. If ORL did keep Preston, Horton-Tucker and Vanderbilt, then they would have struggle too. The previous medical staff must have something to do with this.
You wanna feel bad for someone? Feel bad for Isaiah Thomas, not Jonathan Isaac. He can go to bed crying into his $100 million dollar pillow. Thomas on the other hand.......damn.

This kid deserves so much more than hes gotten.
Damn guess he need to believe in god a little more💀
Lol wow
In all seriousness hopefully he gets better.

This really sucks for Jonathan Isaac just like Lonzo Ball
Donovan Mitchell, Bam Adebayo, Jarrett Allen and Lauri Markkanen were drafted after this bust. Too much drama and too many injuries.
Hey sounds just like idk... Lonzo ball!
Yep
Well, us Bulls fans aren’t on great terms with Magic fans 😅
Why not?
Because Weltman fleeced them in the Vooch deal.
I knew he was going to get injured again. I never liked him nor did I like Chuma. Banchero and Wagner are the future of the team.
You said that like Chuma's not on the team anymore. He is and got minutes tonight. He's a good player when healthy.
He played for 1 minute that’s nothing to brag about. He sucks so stfu.

He is healed in Jesus name please clippers trade for him

He should have prayed harder
I think he can see his NBA career over soon because the constantly injuries
and Magic a better strong player

@AD Lol thats an insane leap. No. Please read Jonothan Isaac's pieces with the daily wire if you need any proof that he is a certified bozo
All this happened when he decided to stand for the national anthem
And he’s all about Jesus and some how also one of the most unlucky players…says a lot bout this Jesus guy😂
He didn't say he is unlucky.. other people said that and besides what seem like unlucky to you guys is usually God at work.
