If someone does this full time like I do, make sure you make time to exercise and stand sometimes whenever you wait for another order to come in...too much sitting can cause a lot of health problems. I do this 10 to 12 hours a day so I stand and walk around by my vehicle while I wait, and exercise a half hour after I'm done. That way I'm not damaging the nerves in my back and my legs aren't getting weak and wasting away....blood circulation is extremely important on these sitting and driving around type jobs.
All thanks too you I have been getting a list of sparks in my area than I used too I’m so great full for meeting you now I can make 1550$ every week with Walmart spark
You have got to be working day and night to get that kind of money. I'm not trying to be rude I just don't understand. I work my ass off and after refilling my tank daily I make 30 bucks driving 4 hours. I get tired and discouraged and have to come home for a metal break after being in trafic 4 hours

But ya I work my but off and I've never hit 600 yet and people IN my small town don't like to tip 😒 most of the time so I probably would get more if they knew how to tip lol

Hello Lei! I'm a spark driver as well. I just wanted to tell you that you only get 1 offer and hour and they come at 15 minutes after the hour. Example 1:15, 2:15 etc. These are called round robbin offers I believe. That's why it seems slow to you. In between those orders you may get a express, in store or shop order. They can come at any time. While I'm waiting on my next offer I just go home and do my chores and make sure dinner is done. I live literally in the middle of 3 Walmart all 3 or less miles from my house. I also get my shopping or anything else I need in between. Most deliveries are less than 30 so you will have the rest of that hour to do whatever you want.
@@ACurioussCat I live in Texas. If you ever visit you will understand. 3 is still not enough for my neighborhood. Their are so many people packed in my area it's ridiculous.
@@ACurioussCat oh, yeah you are right. You have to drive forever to get to anything in Houston. My Uncle used to live in Katy and I still have some family there. I live in the DFW area in Fort Worth. It's crazy here. In my area we are not short on grocery stores or any kind of shopping at all. I can walk out my back gate and be in the Family Dollar parking lot....literally!
How often do you notice after the 48 hour mark if a customer / customers remove the tip aka “tip bait” ? I had a $34 order the other day, and 48 hours later the payout showed me $9, this was a curbside for 2 customers for like 4 miles. Edit: I ended up calling support about it and was told there’s a possible glitch where the tips aren’t updating and the rep basically escalated my case and got me paid the missing amount. I’m currently running all the other food delivery apps along with Amazon flex but I might consider running this full time I’m just worried about tip baiters wasting my time / gas.
It’s their app, I use walmart delivery and if you don’t go back and confirm the tip it sits in limbo like Uber eats or favors. I honestly think they should not have that long to decide if they will tip you or not. I think an hr or two after the delivery time is sufficient I shouldn’t have to wait up twenty four hours to know if you tipped or not.
I was afraid if the stop baiters too but I think I’ve only lost one tip for whatever reason so I think most customers don’t go and change it afterwards. Walmart support is pretty good at getting you the money if there is an issue.
I avoid tip orders now. Tired of tip baiting. I get enough high paying non tip orders with low mileage to make my 100 dollar a day minimum. This comes with multiapping of course.

Hello Lei🤗 I've been Dashing since March in MT. I do Pretty Good. No complaints there. Now I'm gonna try Sparks....and I like to learn a little bit before I throw myself into the Gig! Your video has been very helpful for me. Thank you!🙏
Your videos are so enjoyable to watch! Your hat is also so darn cute! I do Spark part time on the weekends. I agree I love shop and deliver the most. I’ve been average around $30/hr (with incentives) the last couple weeks and I’m primarily sticking to shop and deliver with a few curbside pick ups. Personally, batch deliveries I’m just avoiding at this point unless there is seriously nothing else coming in. They aren’t horribly difficult, but to me more places to drop off at is just more potential aggravation and problems. I guess I’m curious what others think though. Maybe something different I can do to make batches feel like less of a pain
I did Spark for awhile, and I'm considering going back to it. Problem is, I live in a rural area but we have 3 walmarts, counting the Neighborhood market! The supercenters are miles apart, and you never know which one will be the pickup store. This can use a lot of gas and a lot of getting lost on country roads! Still it can be a great job. Beats 9-5! Thanks for the video.

I just finished up the year with spark. I drove for about 5months. I just did my taxes and DDI takes about a third of your earnings. They take their cut first so you don't see how much they're taking. And when the 1099 form comes you will see the total you earned that includes the cut they took. You have to pay taxes on the whole amount. After the DDI fees and taxes. You walk away with half of whatever you made.

Sorry one more question, would it be wise to accept the orders that have 5-10+ customers with only 1-3 items per customer? Or would it be better to try and snag the smaller / shorter distance (1-7 miles ) orders with a higher pay like $20 + ? I’ve seen quite a few large orders , 10 customers (surprisingly no apartments) for 25 miles for like $40, I’ve done 1 of these but the in app map kept taking me to wayyy incorrect addresses like the middle of the highway, but when I put it in google maps it showed me the correct address, so I’m not sure if the orders with more customers are worth it, but then again if the orders with more customers have no tips and it’s all base pay and it makes sense gas / mileage ratio I could probably make a lot of money fast every day if I could knock them out fast.
I don’t like those just because they take way longer to complete and by the time you do 10 orders you could have gotten 2 curbside orders and made more. But it just depends on your market and how busy your stores are.
I usually don’t accept more than 2 orders at a time. I did a large trip once and made zero tips and drove a ton of miles for only $30…. Only doing 1 or two deliveries at a time allow me to get back to the store quicker to make more deliveries. Just completed my first week and made $500
Charge at least 2 dollars a mile. If it pays 15, it better be only 3 to 3 1/2 miles away. 20 dollars...5 miles total distance etc. If you take those shitty multiple orders then it's probably not worth it. It will pay 35 to 42 dollars but it's a total distance of that equal amount or more. So your charging 1 dollar or less a mile. Not worth it. Remember the maintenance and gas have to be factored in to your price. If you drive 35 miles and only get paid 43 for instance, then you have to drive all the way back home. That's a total of over 70 miles. Of course you can try to get orders that will take you back near your house, but thats too much of a pain in the ass, unless you multiapp and do restaurant orders on the way back. If I make a 100 dollars, I usually only accept orders that will put 35 miles on my car. It's easiest to do that with instacart. Also, bc of the asshole tip baiters, I only do the shop and no tip orders on spark....provided that they pay enough. I hope you make a lot of money.
Looks like I'm going to sign up for this right now I do uberX been doing it for a quite a while putting a lot of miles on my car I seem to like what you're doing better because I don't have nobody in the car and I don't have to drive 50 or 60 miles to make some money so great video I'm going to sign up here in Jacksonville Florida
She forgot to tell you that it’s a time limit on getting the deliveries to the address, to me that makes it difficult if you have more than one delivery on hand !
I sign up for sparks but I was a little skeptical wanted some guides as to being new to this I do door dash on the regular so it can't be all that much of a difference thanks to watching the experience ones who have done it gives me insight on doing it thanks for sharing we all need that extra bread to eat lol the struggle is real
So do you always have to shop for the customer? I was on their website and it shows the cartoon person pulling up to the pick up so I just assumed you pick up and don't shop or do you do both? Thanks!
I absolutely love your videos for people like me who don't know how you really make money thru these apps you explain it so well 🔥🔥🔥 do a door dash video next
Hi first off new subscriber here. Secondly I love your name. Third new to the spark app here and thank you for your videos. I have been doing dash since end of January and needed still some extra money for expenses. So do you have any pointers or general starter advice?
We need a better way to track tips. How do we know that Spark is not keeping our tips? Case in point: this morning an offer came up for 2 deliveries at 9.00. I checked the addresses to see if the mileage looked correct. While I was doing that, the offer expired. But, minutes later, I got another offer for 2 deliveries for 19.00. Guess what; it was the same 2 addresses I had previously seen. So, was the first offer low because Spark was keeping the tip, or did Spark plea with the customer to add a tip? Whatever the case, it looks fishy.
You can view the address before you accept and check to see what items they have in their order if their address looks like an apartment and has a lot of items I decline it. So lucky I screen my orders pretty good before hand so I avoid those
I'm in Jersey and if I did this I'm wondering how it would go being Jersey is on this no bags thing now ...not sure if other states are on this but it's a lil crazz
As I was signing up I was lead to the branch app and finished signing up there but I can't log in to the spark app. Do I have to wait for access until approved?
You dont have to shop and deliver do you? I only just want to deliver. Do you have that choice? And is the pay weekly? Or can you cash out the same day?
So, i have a question. The driver is actually able to VIEW and See the items that the Customer ordered? I had 18 items Missing from my delivery today. This has been a NIGHTMARE for the last 3 weeks i have been going through this. Having to spend HOURS to get someone to help me to bring to me the rest of my grocries. Walmart, IF i can even get a human voice from the local store here in WOODBRIDGE, VIRGINIA ... They often point fingers to the driver and the driver points fingers to Walmart. And i am not talking about 1 or 2 missing items. the last 3 weeks i have to fight to get a good half of my grocries that i paid for.
Yea the driver can see the items included but it’s the stores job too check to make sure each item is there because they are the ones actually shopping for the order. I feel your frustration Walmart needs a better customer service when it comes to order complaints
I just got excepted for spark and I also do shipt but shipt is 20+ miles away and spark is 2 ! So I might stop the shipt unless spark in my area isn’t the best
I'm sitting here watching all your videos and I see you do the sams delivery, where to go to sign up for that? I'm just getting started..thank you ...I like your videos,

I just signed up for this and sparks just tried to send me out to pick up 12 orders at once. All small but like how am I supposed to fit 12 customers orders in my car lol 🤦🏽♀️
That's what I'd like to know. I'm broke I'm not paying for someone else's stuff lol There must be a card.....doordash has one. Sad though ppl expect YOU to do the ordering and paying and delivery and the prices here in my location aren't crap. I have received shop and pay offers and one was 15.00 for me to go inside do the shopping pay for it and deliver. To me it sounds like extra work for little pay. That's just my experience I just ket that offer expire
How do you pay taxes? Quarterly? I've only been doing UE, DD and sometimes GH for about 2 months but not sure if I need to be putting up some cash for taxes or how all that works? I wanna apply for Spark now too! You convinced me lol thanks! I don't earn that much with the other 3 food delivery services but I won't accept any orders unless they are at least 10 bucks and I won't go more than 15 miles away unless it's an awesome tip! Especially now with gas prices!
Hey Shady! I'm an independent contractor in a different field, but it should be the same tax-wise. Since you're your own employer, you're responsible for setting aside the taxes that would normally be set aside in your paycheck. Please check your local and state tax, as well as federal tax rates. What I do is, I take that % off my income and set it aside in a savings account (CHASE has this feature to separate savings for different purposes), and then pay quarterly for the IRS. Last year California sent me a letter saying I underpaid, but I just paid what they mentioned and survived. If you're still confused or unsure, I would encourage you to visit a tax professional to help you manage that money. Hope this helps!
I'm REALLY enjoying your channel! I've learned a LOT from you and I hope you're making some good $$$ from YT. I believe that as a HUSTLER, you GOTTA have multiple income streams in order to make a good nut!! I think you're doing just that! RESPECT!!!!
I see in the video that you just snap a picture and knock on the door and then leave. The videos on the website shows the girl face to face to with the customer and then having them sign? Do you have to get their signature or because of covid they dont require that?
@@LifeWithLei okay thank you! I signed up for spark weeks ago but never started it cuz of nerves lol and I'm about to try it for the first time today. So that helps!

In about 2 hours you can get 2-3 orders done so maybe around $45-50 depending on the orders in your market and how busy it is. It will definitely add up over the week
So I did my first delivery today and I have earnings in my portfolio but like where are those earnings being set? I haven't set up a direct deposit or anything so like where is this money going to go? Am I going to be able to get this money? I'm just confused
You should have gotten an email from DDI (check your spam) they will send you instructions on the app to download it’s called Branch and that’s how you get your earnings. Hope this helped

Yeah I like it just because you don’t really come in contact with the customers much just drop off on their porch and keep going. Thanks for watching
What do you mean by shop and delivery? I thought Walmart prepared the items?
Great video and very insightful too. I love your hair by the way. I’m gonna try this out because I literally just heard of Spark
She forgot to tell you that it’s a time limit on getting the deliveries to the address, to me that makes it difficult if you have more than one delivery on hand !
I really like your informative, fun videos!
Thank you ☺️
I sign up for sparks but I was a little skeptical wanted some guides as to being new to this I do door dash on the regular so it can't be all that much of a difference thanks to watching the experience ones who have done it gives me insight on doing it thanks for sharing we all need that extra bread to eat lol the struggle is real
Word alone can't describe my gratitude to #Leachtech. He's a Godsent. I highly recommend him as the best zone changer/ bot grabber
He's on lG
So you can’t see how many items before you accept the order?
So do you always have to shop for the customer? I was on their website and it shows the cartoon person pulling up to the pick up so I just assumed you pick up and don't shop or do you do both? Thanks!
No you can do curbside, shop and deliver or in store pick ups
Since this video, is it sitll worth it for you?
@@catlady3147 yes they have really good payouts and the work is easy
@@LifeWithLei thank you! Think I'm going to try it! Love your videos!
I absolutely love your videos for people like me who don't know how you really make money thru these apps you explain it so well 🔥🔥🔥 do a door dash video next
Thank you and I got you!
Hi first off new subscriber here. Secondly I love your name. Third new to the spark app here and thank you for your videos. I have been doing dash since end of January and needed still some extra money for expenses. So do you have any pointers or general starter advice?
Thanks for subbing! Take every order starting off so your acceptance rate is high which will allow you to keep getting orders.
A pretty spark! You’re good at this!
When you at the register to pay, how does that part work?
It’s all prepaid so you just go to the register am the QR code and someone will come over and check over your items then you can bag and go.
Is it a reason why they don’t answer questions and calls ?I’ve been working for a week and still haven’t received a link to get paid is so annoying 🙄
Have you called the Spark customer service number I always answer. Hope you got it worked out
I'm having trouble understanding the Branch app & if Spark is connected to it so I can get paid. Help!
My biggest hesitation to sign up is not knowing if someone lives upstairs with no elevator, with a large order. Do you get a lot of those?
You can view the address before you accept and check to see what items they have in their order if their address looks like an apartment and has a lot of items I decline it. So lucky I screen my orders pretty good before hand so I avoid those
I do my best to avoid all the apartments
I'm in Jersey and if I did this I'm wondering how it would go being Jersey is on this no bags thing now ...not sure if other states are on this but it's a lil crazz
I’ve been waiting a few weeks to get a start date. Is there a customer service number to contact someone?
As I was signing up I was lead to the branch app and finished signing up there but I can't log in to the spark app. Do I have to wait for access until approved?
You dont have to shop and deliver do you? I only just want to deliver. Do you have that choice? And is the pay weekly? Or can you cash out the same day?
So how does the shop and deliver work? Do you pay for the items?
It’s prepaid you scan the QR code on the self check register and bag n go
It sucks you get docked for the curb side when you didn't do the shopping or load your car!
They're opening this week in Los Angeles County. I'm wondering if this gig is worth it with our insane gas price.
What are the prices out there?
@@LifeWithLei, $5.80 per gallon.
@@bongbongtravels6108 😮 that’s insane! if you have a car that’s good on gas it might still be.
I live by a Walmart would I get orders from there ?or do I have to go to another one
@@LifeWithLei average gas in LA today is $5.788.
I just got excepted for spark and I also do shipt but shipt is 20+ miles away and spark is 2 ! So I might stop the shipt unless spark in my area isn’t the best
honestly this same dude everyone keeps mentioning and praising is awesome. I couldn't believe that. Thanks for the help. *Jettechz* God bless you.
Hi I'm trying to sign up, but it's not letting me put my address in, did you have problems doing it
No, I didn’t that’s strange. Hopefully you can figure out the issue I know it’s hard getting in touch with someone
I'm sitting here watching all your videos and I see you do the sams delivery, where to go to sign up for that? I'm just getting started..thank you ...I like your videos,
It’s all within spark app you can pick and choose which deliveries you want to take
Hey I just started got accepted yesterday doing Spark here in Metro Atl Ga ,,,I do other gigs but it merchandising where I go to stores especially Walmart and major store,,It was quite interesting and I made some great $$ especially with the incentive given when first start. Are still Spark since I am watching a video that few months ago?
Congrats on starting! Hopefully you enjoy it. Yes, I still work spark and I upload every Friday. ☺️
How do I refer my friends so that I can receive a referral bonus?
so you have to shop for walmart and drop of itiem like instacart?
You can do a shop and deliver similar to instacart or you can do curbside where the bring the groceries out to you and you just deliver them.
I just signed up for this and sparks just tried to send me out to pick up 12 orders at once. All small but like how am I supposed to fit 12 customers orders in my car lol 🤦🏽♀️
They’re usually just an item or two each… I can usually fit 12 orders in my trunk… with room to spare lol
@@jodia5986 right .....pull up on the unicycle talking about how dis goin to werk 🤣
I see so many bad reviews in the App Store. Is it really working correctly now?
There’s always room for improvement but it’s working much better these days.
How do you pay when you have to shop for them?
That's what I'd like to know. I'm broke I'm not paying for someone else's stuff lol There must be a card.....doordash has one. Sad though ppl expect YOU to do the ordering and paying and delivery and the prices here in my location aren't crap. I have received shop and pay offers and one was 15.00 for me to go inside do the shopping pay for it and deliver. To me it sounds like extra work for little pay. That's just my experience I just ket that offer expire
I just signed up for spark the hell with Lyft and Uber crap pay hopefully

RESPECT!!!!
Do you have to knock on the door every time you drop it off or just leave it on the steps & go ?
In the delivery instructions they tell you to knock and leave sometimes I forget though, they get notified when you drop off the delivery though
@@LifeWithLei would you knock anyways if the notes didn’t say anything about doing so?
@@ZachAtaxx I wouldn't
Sounds better than Instacart. I hate it cause going around the store drives me crazy for little money. I just signed up for walmart
Seattle WA. UE/DD signed up for spark just waiting 👏🏼🙌🏼
I see in the video that you just snap a picture and knock on the door and then leave. The videos on the website shows the girl face to face to with the customer and then having them sign? Do you have to get their signature or because of covid they dont require that?
Most of the time you just leave it unless it requires a signature. I get those occasionally but not too often.
@@LifeWithLei okay thank you! I signed up for spark weeks ago but never started it cuz of nerves lol and I'm about to try it for the first time today. So that helps!
cant get upload insurance card
This was great, multi aping would be nice to see as well.
So you have to do the shopping? I thought you just picked up orders from the curbside pickup lanes and delivered groceries?
There are a few types you can do curbside, shop and delivers or in store pick up
Was deactivated from doordash and was never given a reason. I'm now in the process of starting up with spark
Does spark have instant pay or does it pay weekly?
Weekly
I love Life with Lei she sooooo amazing keep doing it girl we love you BLACK GIRL MAGIC ✨
Thank you! ☺️
hello I wanna know much I can make if I do part time from 6pm to 8pm or if I do 2 hours part time every day with spark how much average I can make ? Thx
In about 2 hours you can get 2-3 orders done so maybe around $45-50 depending on the orders in your market and how busy it is. It will definitely add up over the week
@@LifeWithLei sounds good ,thx
@@LifeWithLei so around 50 within 2 hours including tips too or?
How many hours can you walmart spark? can you do it for more than 6 hours?
So I did my first delivery today and I have earnings in my portfolio but like where are those earnings being set? I haven't set up a direct deposit or anything so like where is this money going to go? Am I going to be able to get this money? I'm just confused
You should have gotten an email from DDI (check your spam) they will send you instructions on the app to download it’s called Branch and that’s how you get your earnings. Hope this helped
@@LifeWithLei it just automatically loads on there every Tuesday?
When do you get paid
They pay weekly
I live in upstate New York Saratoga springs and I deliver for doordash in my area it's very lucrative because of the location especially Saratoga springs because of the horse track very rich area, I just signed up to be a spark driver for Walmart still waiting for everything to go through I need more on being a spark driver is worth it
I like your videos can do a multi app video
Thank you for watching! Yup I have that coming up
How has your acceptance rate been affected by declining those orders? And is it affecting your ability to get more deliveries?
I am interested in this answer too. Have you figured that out yet?
Is it flexible like UE and GH? OR is it like a real shift where you gotta do it??
Yes it’s flexible you turn the app on and off whenever you want
@@LifeWithLei cool
How many hours a day you do Walmart sparks to earn at least 100 dollars ?
Normally I can get $100 in around 4 hours
@@LifeWithLei Wow. Thats better than GH. But you have to work hard for it.
Trust me it depends on your city and area. Some are popping and some are slow.
I was on the app for 3 hours in metro Atlanta GA area and got $100 incentive plus my tips/earnings so not so bad
Vist gigs too get the undated drivers boost that will help you earn more and working lesser hours
How do you know if you have to shop for the customer
When you see the offer it will say curbside, shopping, or in store pickup
@@LifeWithLei Thank you so much, I am trying to decide if I will take the job , Thanks again
Do Sparks give you a card to go shopping?
No everything is prepaid
How does the shop orders work? Does Walmart give you a credit card to pay for it?
It’s already paid for you just go to self check scan the QR code and the cashier will come verify the items, then you just bag then and go.
Word alone can't describe my gratitude to #Leachtech. He's a Godsent. I highly recommend him as the best zone changer/ bot grabber
I chat him on lnstagrm
I have 10 Walmart’s in my delivery area; but between Amazon flex and spark i stay pretty busy
BTW LOVE YOUR NAME !! 😉
Thank you! 🙂 that’s awesome! Do you like one more than the other ?
Great Video Lei! 🔥I started the application process and I saw a pdf file on the insurance part. Does anything come out of pocket when you're doing the application process? Your payment schedule looks awesome.
Thanks for watching! No nothing comes out of pocket
What comes out of your pocket is driving to Walmart for gigs that haven’t been picked. I did four orders and not a single one was there. Fuck Spark
Great content how can I contact you about advertising on your channel ?
I’m doing Lyft but after watching your video thinking about signing up for spark
You should sign up it’s great but sometimes the wait list can be long and take a few months.
I just joined and didn't know how it worked but now I think I may like it
It’s pretty easy and a good way to make some money
@@LifeWithLei most definitely is.. I am in Huntsville Alabama and the volume is very high
I just signed up for Spark and I don't ever see anyone talk about this but how do you handle your taxes and how much do you take out?
I used an app called stride it tracks your miles and tells you how much to set aside for tax purposes. I’ll do a video on it explaining more
@@LifeWithLei thank you
Can I choose the days I work?
Yup! You can work whenever you want
Those combos are worth it with like 7 deliveries. Usually tips come in after the fact.
