    Can you please explain why number eight is void? Thank you.

    • @realestatetutorbob
      @realestatetutorbob  Год назад +1

      A counteroffer functions as both a rejection of an offer to enter into a contract, as well as a new offer that materially changes the terms of the original offer. Because a counteroffer serves as a rejection, it completely voids the original offer.

      Ownership in severalty is when real estate is owned by a single person or legal entity, providing the owner with the most complete control of the land. The name is derived from the fact that the owner is "severed" from other owners!

      Same content different wording, different scenarios, but same content. It's a puzzle if you know the content you can configure the puzzle. Difficult, but if you are prepared you can do it. Keep studying. Many have to test repeatedly you are not alone. But after a time being persistent you pass.
