Prussia and the Dutch campaign are my two favorite campaigns in ETW. They are in the same part of Europe, but the campaigns unfold in an entirely different way. Prussia being a TOTAL WAR scenario in Europe surrounded by enemies in a perpetual war with everyone, and the Dutch campaign being friendly with everyone, expanding their overseas colonies in the Americas and India while keeping great relations with most of Europe.
Prussia turn 1 tip, You can get military ally and give military access to Hannover and they will pay 5500 for it too. And they always say yes to every early game war that I invited them to. If you don't ally with them they instead will go to war with you eventually if they see the chance to do so.
Another neat thing about playing as Prussia or any other faction that is a total monarchy, you can fire and replace your ministers as many as you have replacements. Their accolades determine what department they should take charge of. Early on prussia's weak point is having just one trading port. All it takes is one blockade to really screw with your income

One of the things I really love about Empire is that if you compare it to Shogun 2: Yari cavalry will have cavalrymen in armour that's beautiful works of art. It looks like actual people lining up to kill other actual people. It doesn't look so gamey or fairy-tale-ish. It looks real in a way Shogun doesn't.
Been looking forward to another Empire series. Remember in this game, different factions have better or worse infantry, cavalry and artillery.
