    Well done again!
    Nicholas Hawksmoor is one of the unsung heroes of English architecture - overshadowed by Wren and Vanbrugh.
    Graham Hill is still the only driver to have won motor racing's Triple Crown of Monaco GP, Indianapolis 500, and Le Mans. He didn't learn to drive until he was 24, and previously was a keen rower, which is why his distinctive helmet was the colours of the London Rowing Club.
    Killed alongside him was Tony Brise, who in Formula One circles was seen as a future world champion...

    A wonderful name in F1"s history. He and his team mate were both taken so prematurely in life. His son Damon, carried on the great name of the "HILL's". Who his dad would have been so proud off. RIP Graham

      I forgot to add on this video, Graham Hill is buried in the garden of the new owners who purchased the church, strangest resting place I have ever seen. Graham Hill buried in the garden, may he rest in peace.

    Perhaps the most charismatic and popular Formula 1 driver of the 1960s. Graham Hill may not have been blessed with the natural talent of a Jim Clark or Jackie Stewart, but he more than made up for that in sheer determination and effortless charm. Twice World Champion during his 176 races as a Grand Prix star, he remains the only driver to win the Monaco GP, Indianapolis 500 and Le Mans 24 Hours.

      P.S The headstone is within the grounds of a private house. Previously, this was the church including the grounds. Therefore, Graham Hill’s resting place now lays in the back of a private garden which came with the purchase. How bizarre! 💙.

    • @EnglishGrave
      @EnglishGrave  2 года назад +2

      Unfortunately, the music defines my artistry of filmmaking and in-turn helps me develop into the auteur I am destined to become. Secondly, the headstone cannot be read on this occasion as I do not like to disturb existing flowers in place. Thirdly, the headstone is sited on private land, so the filming was done with delicate care. However, thanks for watching and appreciate your support.
