What is this thing? "Mystery Subway Car Tiny House"?

In this short clip, Derek "Deek" Diedricksen checks out something he has passed time and time again? According to a local who gave us permission to quickly run up to it for a shot or two, it was destined to be a tiny house restaurant- one crafted from part of a Boston "T" subway train. Whatever the case, this potential tiny house, or tiny house restaurant sure is unique!
According to another local- MANY have asked about it- who owns it? Can I buy it? What will it become?

If you visit, please DO respect it and the owners wishes. We got permission from a friend who said he knew the owner, and this guy had no answers himself. We simply shot some video, but didn't intrude beyond that- didn't enter, didn't touch anything.
