175 is way too high for chicken breast, you want an internal temp of about 150. Love it. Only thing I do different is throw pickles and lettuce on it haha.
anyone thing this would work in an oven? im a student and dont have the funds to buy one right now. I rarely see girls on his page but him and greg gave me a completely different view on "healthy eating" instead of the typical açai bowl. Being in a calorie deficit has never been so good!
it would work if you have the convection option, just put the chicken on a rack and not on a platter so air can passthrough from top and bottom
Or you can buy the tyson air fried strips. You heat them up in a regular oven.
